I really like that you offer long shirts and they fit so good. Being a bigger guy you need the LT.

Callaway Apparel is a great place to purchase golf clothes. Polos, shorts, pants and quarter zips are all high quality products at a fair price and their customer service is outstanding as well.

My experience with the callaway apparel website and the customer service is always great. Granted shipping times do take longer then expected at time. However, the product is always great. And if there's ever any issue, customer service is always satisfied every concern and answered every question! I'm on the Calaway apparel website every week. Great service, great products. And whenever I was unsatisfied, they made it right.I highly recommend!

Wonderful customer service and excellent product

It’s relatively easy to navigate and filter what I want to view. I had an issue recently where the site listed free shipping to Aus for orders over $200. But the checkout process didn’t factor this in, so that was frustrating. I had 2 people respond on it, but neither answer was very helpful and I ended up not going ahead with the order as a result. So perhaps some more stringent user testing when you have offers like this. Additionally, whilst not website related -I’m constantly getting emails for male golf apparel and equipment. I have an account, so you know I’m female, it would be great if you could customise/segment your marketing more based on this.

Product pages are clear, simple and quality. The golf shirts are quality material, as always.

Good quality delivery on time

Great products at fair prices, hassle-free ordering and delivery ——— that’s why I have a long history with Callaway.
