I ordered 6 polos in July of 2026 in a size L. I wear a size L in every other shirt on earth so why would callaway shirts be any different. When I received them, I didn’t try them on right away because I expected them to fit like every other size L polo I already have. I was wrong. These shirts are huge. I am 6’1” 195 lbs. and the large is way too big. I contacted customer service to set up an exchange so I could get a size M but was past 30 days and was told I was stuck with the shirts. I wasn’t looking for a refund. Just an exchange for another size. Callaway didn’t help me. Perry Ellis didn’t help me. Now I am stuck with brand new shirts with the tags still on them that I can’t wear because they don’t fit. $185 wasted. I won’t be buying Callaway apparel anymore.

I bought 4 shirts and at the time of purchase there were 2 discounts available. I chose the best one at the time...it meant 3 were discounted and 1 was full price. When the shirts were eventually delivered 2 were missing. The 2 shirts that arrived had price tags on them. The price tag on 1 of the shirts was significantly less than what I paid. The other was fairly close. The full price shirt was one of the ones that arrived. Rather than resend the 2 missing shirts they gave me a refund. So I effectively lost the benefit of the discount I chose as the 2 returned shirts were discounted and one the ones recieved was full price. I was told some various reasons why the shirt I recieved had a significantly lower price tag than what I actually paid which didn't make any sense to me. I questioned why they would not send me the 2 missing shirts or at the very least give me the other discount I had available at the time of purchase. Answer was not possible. Other thing was said was that there was a 14 day window and I had missed it even though they lost the 2 shirts and it took time figure out what was going on. I was told I could return the shirts if I was unsatisfied....so this whole thing would have me be out the return shipping cost and have no shirts for their error that they would not resolve. I said I would keep the shirts. They gave me a 20% discount code for my next purchase. Not sure why they just couldn't give that to me on the existing shirt and it would be winnwin. Not sure I will be using the code or shopping with them again.

The 3/4 zip pullover that I bought and absolutely love had a spot right on the front. It’s a final sale item so I can’t return it.

I never got the merchandise, it was a terrible experience

Be careful when ordering from Callaway apparel.Was unaware that this is a USA outlet I wear a lot of Callaway tops XL size but what i ordered was more like XXL.Delivery charge was£7 and return charge by DPD was nearly £13!complete waste of money

I ordered a pair of stretch pants they were on sale, paid for them then 1/2 hr later I was refunded my money with no explanation as to why I couldn’t have them, But the week before I ordered the same pants and had no problems. Sorry to say I won’t be buying from Callaway again

The shipping takes way to long and they do not care. Over 2 weeks to get a couple shirts.

Expect deliveries to be in weeks not days. If that is alright with you go ahead.
