⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Excellent Service and Very Helpful Staff I had a great experience with Caliph Travels, especially with Brother Mustafa, who helped me look for Umrah packages and guided me through the booking process. He was very helpful and supportive throughout the process. Unfortunately, due to some personal issues, I had to cancel my flights. The team was very understanding and helped me cancel my tickets and receive my flight refund within 24 hours. I really appreciated how quickly and professionally they handled everything. I’m grateful for their excellent customer service, understanding, and support during an unexpected situation. I would definitely recommend Caliph Travels to anyone looking for Umrah travel arrangements. Special thanks to Brother Mustafa for all his help!

Warning
Warning: Fraudulent Business and Abusive Management I am writing this review to warn others about this company's fraudulent practices. False Location: They advertise an address in Staten Island, USA, to appear legitimate, but they actually operate out of Pakistan. Unprofessional Payment Demands: They insist on payments through Zelle—a payment method legitimate U.S. businesses cannot force you to use exclusively—giving customers zero consumer protection. Failure to Deliver Services: We paid in full for visas and travel tickets, but they never issued them or delivered the service. Predatory Paperwork: After failing to provide services, they pressured us into signing agreements attempting to block any refund. Abusive & Hostile Behavior: When confronted, a representative named Zakria used abusive language and threatened us, showing a complete lack of decency or professional conduct, particularly in how he addressed female clients. Avoid this business at all costs. They are running a scam and harassing customers who ask for the services they paid for.

Brother omer Mustafa is amazing!!
Brother omer Mustafa is amazing!!! He helped align my itinerary with my sister in-law who was coming from Pakistan. We stayed at Jabal Omer Marriot. Our accommodation is great the rooms are spacious & the food is amazing! The hotel is very close to haram. Its a 15 minute walk with a slight incline but the hotel provides golf cart service that runs 24/7. The transportation company provided by cliph travels was great as well. The driver from GM transports had tracked our flight and arrived on time. The team from Gm transport stays on top of your trip. They are avaliable 24/7 as well. The team contacted us 2 days ahead of time to remind us about our ziarat in makkah. Brother Omer also checked on us multiple times to make sure everything was going smoothly during our umrah. I loved my stay in makkah and I'm looking forward to my stay in Madinah Insha Allah. I highly recommend Caliph Travels and I will definitely be planning my next umrah with them. Thank you Caliph Travels for making our umrah experience wonderful. I also want to thank The transport support team and the drivers for arriving on time. I would also recommend this company to reverts. The entire team will help you every step of the way.
