This is the review I sent to Calliboot: It would be good to sell the correct sizes of your merchandise. First the coat was obviously not size XL. Then the boots were obviously not Size 41. Your company exists to steal money from people because you also say easy returns, and then say the customer need to pay to return the items to your factory in China. Your customer service is nice enough to offer a discount for another item to paying for a return; however, your merchandise is substandard. I am out $80 because I believed your hype. The ordering process was very easy & the sizing chart helped me to make a better informed decision on my gift. The order is already in process to ship after 2 days. I love the products and will buy here again.

They don’t deserve even one star. Their products are so cheap in material and quality of work. Waste of money. I made an order in January and try and return it. Right away they offered 30%off toward new purchase. I refused it and shipped back the order and paying over$30 for shipment. It’s been 3 months and nothing. They claim that the package is in customs so they can’t refund my money. I know I never will get back my $130. Stay away from them.

They don’t send packages so you lose you money I ordered grey tennis shoes never got them

My order was done incorrectly and they replaced it for free. Customer service was very sweet and gracious, and they made it right. I will definitely order from them again!

Terrible company. Terrible customer service. I ordered 2 pairs of loafers in my size. One pair arrived and didn’t fit. Second pair got lost. Contacted the company for a refund and to have them investigate the loss of the other pair. Was told I had to send the shoes to a warehouse in china to get a refund. The shipping was going to cost more than the shoes! Tried to contact them several times to get a resolution but the emails came back as undelivered. So now I’m out approximately $200 for a pair of shoes I can’t wear and a pair that I never received. I highly recommend no one shop with them. They should be ashamed.

I ordered a lovely pair of $97 pink brogues. When they finally arrived they were very light (package 662gms), too big, weird shape and of very poor quality. I wanted to return them and had to wait ages for a response. I was given an office address in mainland China and it cost me $38 to post on 11th January. The package was returned today saying "import prohibited". The company had offered me a 50% refund and a voucher to use for the rest of the money. I was too mistrustful to buy anything else and it expired with in 30 days so lost that too. I now have a package that I can only throw in the bin. Avoid companies that can't do easy returns.
