My order arrived in about a week. (The order was shipped from China) I needed a smaller size boot and when I reached out to customer service they told me to keep my first order and they would happily ship out the new order free of charge. And then nothing… no communication, no acknowledgement of my new size request. It’s been over a week since my last email to them… will probably not hear back. I would not recommend this company.

I ordered boots in my usual size and they are way too small, the packaging smells horrible, they took forever to arrive and they are falling apart! I have reached out to customer service FIVE times and they will not answer how to return them! They tried to offer me 25% of what I paid! WHAT?! SCAM!!! I am reporting them to the BBB. Do not order from this company. SHAMEFUL.

These shoes are way too small and they smell HORRIBLE. They came with NO receipt and when I try to find my order, there website WILL NOT LOAD. Pretty sure I've been scammed $59!

My shoes were not like the picture , they looked like they had been made by a 5 year old, then they said I could keep them and would refund me 30. % which I agreed to but clearly they can’t do maths as they refunded 8% .stay well away don’t waste your money
