Waste money
I bought a parka, and the delivery took two weeks. When it arrived, the condition was terrible. The color was different from the photos, the fur was shedding and stitching quality was poor. It looks for too cheap to wear, and since the return process is complicated, I'll probably end up donation it. I feel like I completely wasted my money.

Don’t ever order from this company
Don’t ever order from this company. If sizing is wrong you have to pay for shipping back to China or they send you a pdf to complete for a 30% refund. In no way, shape or form could I complete the form, wouldn’t let me enter information and no option to forward.

I ordered boots on 12/30/2025
I ordered boots on 12/30/2025. Today is 1/24/2026. I never received them. I am requesting a refund. 01/25/2026 I received a message from Caliboot to send my order number to their customer service email. The email address they provided, does not work.

Shopping Experience was Excellent!
I have not received my order yet (but I just ordered a couple days ago so this is not a complaint 🙃), however, the shopping experience went very smoothly, and Caliboot’s price on the exact same shoe, was lower than anyplace else that I found 🎉 Post-order communication has been excellent. So far I’m a happy customer! I hope I love the shoes!

The quality is AWFUL
The quality is so bad, it’s below awful. I bought a blouse that looked like a piece of kitchen cloth instead of a luxury looking item on the picture. Bringing the issue to the company didn’t help. They first offered a return to China at my expense, warning me it would be costly, then 25% off, then 50% and finally 75%. None of this was acceptable to me since it would be embarrassing to wear something like this. I’ll have my credit card company deal with them. I’ll never buy anything from them. Don’t need a headache.
