**Review of Caliber Collision**
**Review of Caliber Collision** I recently had a frustrating experience with Caliber Collision that I feel compelled to share. I brought my vehicle in for repairs, initially hopeful after hearing about their reputation. However, my experience was far from what I expected. From the start, the timeline for the repair was poorly managed. I was given an estimated completion date, but as that date approached, I received no communication regarding the status of my vehicle aside from inaccurate automated messages. I had to make multiple calls to get updates, but each time, I was met with vague responses and no clear answers. My car ended up being at the shop for over six weeks, which was far longer than I anticipated. What made matters worse was the lack of regular communication from the staff. I felt like I was left in the dark about my car’s progress, which only added to my frustration. It was incredibly inconvenient, and I had to rearrange my plans multiple times due to the uncertainty surrounding when I would finally receive my vehicle. To top it all off, when I finally got my car back, I discovered that my gas cap had been broken during the repair process. This was the last straw for me. Instead of feeling relieved to have my car back, I was left dealing with an additional issue that I hadn’t had before bringing it in. Overall, my experience with Caliber Collision was disappointing due to poor communication, extended wait times, and damage to my vehicle. I expected a much higher level of service, and unfortunately, I cannot recommend this shop based on my experience.
