Caliber CollisionReviews of calibercollision.com

I was very pleased with the work done by the Forest Lake crew & Mike at St. Louis Park. They kept me informed of the status of the work.

I have had my vehicle repaired twice by Caliber in Pasadena, TX and both times they did an awesome job. Everything was explained to me & my car was ready earlier than expected. I am very, very pleased with Caliber.

I was at the Ham Lake location in Minnesota a Mike Schroer helped me. He was very nice and professional and was able to save me money. I am pleased with the job done and have recommended them to a few people already.

I was traveling and had an accident on the freeway which caused me to lose my passenger side mirror. Being on borrowed time, my Insurance Co send me to Caliber Collision in Irmo, SC and they served me right. Bryan ordered my part, told me to keep the truck and one day later had the part and called me in for the install. Saved me time and money! This was my second experience with a Caliber Collision business and both times I was taken care of in a professional and expedient manner. Don't go anywhere else!

Caliber Colision rock. Dave handled my problem with ease. My new painted tailgate looks great. Thanks to the whole crew. Joanie K

I have had to use Caliber Collision three times in the last two years for both personal vehicle and work vehicle repairs. Each experience was exceptional. Kyle, Cassidy and Luz are incredibly friendly, professional and VERY customer focused. The customer service experience is great AND consistent!

My experience was excellent in all phases from working with insurance company, car rental agency, scheduling repairs, quality of repairs, communication of status of repairs, timely completion, and completing paper work. The service coordinator was very helpful and answered all questions in a timely fashion. Would recommend to friends and use again if needed. John Biggs
