Thank for the splendid job done in fulfilling all your good promises to customers. Caliber Collision in Brooklyn Park. I want to extend a special thank to Mr. Tilley and his Brooklyn park team for the excellent service on my wife Princess Matthew's 2013 Toyota RAV4 today. The team did an excellent job on my wife RAV4 body stripping marks and fixed the bumper that was completely in disarray when I toke it to the shop to be work on. The team use their creative & fascinating skills like a service team that posses an extra mysterious magical power to change things around. My RAV4 is currently in a satisfactory state and geared in readiness to engage the road. Thank for going the extra mile in rendering services to your customers.

The hood on my 2018 Traverse needed repaired . Everything from the initial phone call to schedule to the rapid checkout when I picked it up was excellent. My car was repaired, exterior was washed, and the interior completely cleaned. Brandon Fisher was the estimator, and Craig Lindamood, the General Mgr were both extremely professional. I have worked in sales and have been a Sales Manager for almost 42 years, so I appreciate people who do what they say, and make put the customer first. Thank you.

Caliber in Fort Mill, SC did a fantastic job on fixing my Toyota Rav 4 Bumper. It was a full 3 inch deep 8-9 inch circular depression on driver side rear corner. They did the magic reforming it without any discernible marks making it look like it was before the accident. Very courteous and explained exactly what they would do to repair. Professional and trustworthy. Will recommend them to friends and neighbors.

When our luxury vehicle was rear-ended, we were apprehensive about where to take it, but our dealership recommended Caliber Collision. Our experience was top-rate from the beginning to end. They kept us informed every day what they were doing and even finished before they originally estimated. The final calibrations were done at the dealership. We recommend Caliber Collision in Northbrook, IL.

I've heard such wonderful things about Caliber Collision on South Broadway in Littleton. I can see why so many of my friends recommend it! I was devastated after finding a 2" chip and blue paint smeared on the front bumper of of my Pearl White Tesla Model 3. After purchasing the touch up paint from Tesla, I rushed over to Caliber Collision to see if they could do the repair. Not only was the chip professionally touched up, all of the blue smear was gone! Amy, the Caliber technician, even inspecting the entire vehicle, touched up some other small chips I had missed, and removed road tar from the wheel wells. I cannot tell you how thrilled I am with the results and their service. I would highly recommend Caliber Collision to anyone looking for quality collision repair.

from start to finish they were very helpful, they got me in pretty quick for an estimate and once that was submitted i got an appointment to get in and have my car fixed. this company keeps you involved with everything they do to your vehicle by sending updates out everyday. I picked up my car after 5 days of working on it and it was back to looking brand new! they cleaned it up on the inside and out and i couldn't have been happier choosing them.

I recently stopped by Caliber Collision to ask about the possibility of repairing a scrape on my rear bumper. Once Arnaldo and "J" took a look at the bumper, Arnaldo brought out a product and buffer and began to work on my car. I was pleasantly surprised to find that he was able to repair the scrape. In addition, when I asked about the cost I was told there was no charge. I will definitely visit Caliber Collision for my car care needs in the future as well as refer others based on their expertise and great customer service.

I received Excellent customer service at the Caliber Collison in Utah. The Many locations in the state of Utah all have high reviews of the company Appears like any bad reviews posted are based on certain states. Likely based on location, the management and quality of the work the employees provide need help and more support in some states. I had the best experience with this auto repair company and this is hard to come by. Many businesses and people in our society are so focused on the advanced technology and online service (with their phones or computers in their face most of the day), that they have forgotten how to treat customers. Most of these types of business seem to not put efficient, quality, excellent customer service as the mission of the company as it should be! I am in my 40’s and have seen customer service go down and it’s no longer about customers or people, it’s about dollar signs in many businesses across the US. Time to put our phones down and truly learn how to treat people. Most the time companies give you automated communication and you are transferred to at least 3-4 employees or on hold for to long before you get help. This is unacceptable and frustrating dealing with these business and big corporations. Employees in these businesses need to slow down and remember who keeps them in business, THE CUSTOMERS! Caliber collision in American Fork Utah provided quality, professional service. The employees are friendly, timely, provide good follow up and communication. This company’s employees and management are dependable and trustworthy, which are qualities a lot of business are missing the past decade.
