5 stars isn’t enough. Customer service is a make or break for me. These people could have run my truck into a light pole and returned it to me and I would have been happy. But they didn’t. They were amazing. Giving me daily updates and even tracking down the insurance check when I was freaking out. Having everything done a week early,( without cutting corners !!) because they knew it was time was important. My truck came back looking brand new. Miss Moxie belonged to my daddy who suddenly just died , having her back Looking like she does makes my heart sing. Getting hit and having to deal with something that you didn’t create is stressful enough. Caliber made it seamless and perfection. I know i can do business with them and feel confident because the work on my truck is guaranteed for life of THE TRUCK not allotted months. I hope I’ll never need them again but it’s a great feeling knowing that Ill be in amazing hands if necessary. Thank guys!

Caliber Collison Philadelphia had fixed my car a year ago. I called them today because warwe was leaking into my glove compartment and both the driver and passesnger floor were wet. Adam answered the phone and told me I could bring my car over and he would check out the cause. He felt it cold be from the sunroof and he would drain the tubes for free. I went over and he did exactly what he said he was going to do. I found him to be extremely customer focused, very knowledgeable, and polite. I would recommend Caliber Collision of Philadelphia to anyone who needs collision services. They are the best!

Had few issues with the repair job but Tom (The Regional Manager) took care of all the concerns I had. In fact he personally monitored the process and made sure that I am 100% satisfied with the repair job. He knows the business and knows how to take care of customers.
