Thank You . I think that after a collision you need someone to explain what the process is, the parts that are needed and a time to finish it properly. A call every night explained an estimated time that my car would be ready. It looks great !

I took My Chevy Tahoe and then, my wife's Jeep Liberty for storm and collision damage, to Caliber Collision in Ogden, UT. The staff were friendly, courteous, knowledgeable and eager to assist me as well as answering my questions. Dan the Service Manager conducted a thorough walk around of both vehicles at drop off to ensure that all covered damage and preexisting scratches, dents etc. were identified. Dan contacted me at home to inquire about my preferences for replacement parts. The body and paint work were exemplary as Caliber Collision painted our vehicles in a paint booth instead of a workshop floor. It is refreshing to find outstanding customer service and professionalism in this day and age. Sincerely Richard Waldo
