I recently was rear-ended while sitting at a light in my truck, the person that hit me uses Geico and they offered Caliber to me because I live in Webster. The Team at Caliber treated me awesome, they kept me up to date with my repair work from start to finish. They fought for me as well even after Geico declined to pay for all of the damage. I couldn't be happier with their work, they told me that my customer satisfaction was most important and they took care of ALL the repairs regardless. Recently had my car serviced and the entire staff were the most professional and friendly people, I had the pleasure to meet. I received my car in a matter a days and they went above and beyond the call. I am visably and thoroughly satisfied, and impressed with their service I cannot express enough how much I appreciate the high standard of work performed on my car. Gilbert is a great representative and Caliber Collision should know they have such a dedicated and professional employee. Luz, also made me feel at ease and took care of my needs promptly. I took my damaged car to Caliber Collision to be repaired and it was a good decision. Dan was the person over my case and he was very knowledgeable, efficient and kind. He kept me updated by text and was available to answer my questions when I called. Mandy was also very helpful and kind. It did a bit longer than I hoped for, but it was worth the wait because my car looks like it was never damaged. It looks great!

I had Caliber Collision - Madera to fix my vehicle after a car backed into the front end of mine. They were extremely pleasant, priced fairly and did an excellent job replacing the bumper, etc with OEM parts as I requested. They were thorough but fast and I definitely would recommend anyone to them. Johnnie is the best!!

Excellent speedy service...my vehicle was in and out quickly and job done well. They even cleaned the inside and outside of my car as well. So nice.!!!
