The people at Caliber Collision in Belton, Tx on I 35 were fantastic. They took my situation with a side mirror and did the replacement immediately. They were all helpful and I wanted to thank them for their help.

Ashley with Caliber in Northglenn Colorado was awesome. We needed our truck earlier than expected so we could move my daughter back to College and she made it happen. The truck looks great the the turnaround was quick. This was the second vehicle we took to the Northglenn location - both experiences exceeded our expectations.

I rubbed my brand new car that only has 800 miles into the garage door. It looked awful and I thought that I was for sure going to be spending big money to fix it. I took it to Jeff Haines at the Tomball Texas location and he immediately came out and was able to buff all the scuff marks off of it. The best part was that he did not charge me for anything. I will be using this body shop from now on if I ever need any future repairs.

While on vacation in Wildwood NJ recently my splash guard was hanging off. With 24 hours till heading back I needed help quick. While returning to Sidney, NE from Denver, CO I was notified by a fellow traveler on I76 that I had a problem with my front end on my 2016 Ford Escape. I stopped at the Brighton Kum and Go for gas and saw that the front spoiler had started to fall off. At that same exit there is a Caliber Collision location and talked with Lane Meyer who was kind enough to get the repair done very quickly. He even adjusted the passenger door that was repaired at the Longmont, CO location 2 years ago. I would highly recommend Caliber Collision, and my hat is off to Lance.

In a word, FANTASTIC! Not only was the work done exactly to standard it was complete two days early. Kudos to Nick and the rest of the Caliber team!

I went to the McKinney / State Highway 380 location this morning and just asked for favor! The the front wheel flapper liner was torn by an accident and pieces of rubber were rubbing against the tire. That was making a lot of noise. John Guajaroo came out with a special blade, got on his knees in blazing sun and carefully cut the hanging rubber pieces. He needed to go in and out to get the right blade. Then he wished me well, said "no charge," and I left. Doing such favor was going well above what I expected. I will now always recommend this location for survice.

I had my truck repaired at Caliber in Belton, Tx (#677) about a month ago, and Stephen Torres was my Service Advisor all the way through that truly excellent job, keeping me informed at every step. He was an outstanding professional in every respect - but I didn't know how outstanding he is until I took it back in for a minor adjustment to the lower cowling a couple of days ago. Pronto, quickly done while I waited and perfect. But I asked for an additional favor installing a bumper cover, and he had it done at the same time! With a smile, and no charge since it only took a few minutes - even refused when I tried to pay him for the extra work that wasn't part of the original repair. Caliber will have my business and referrals forever, because of HIM. He totally understands customer service, customer commitment, and how to bring back the customer....it's in his nature.
