North Brunswick, 980 Joyce Kilmer Ave, North Brunswick NJ 08902 Okay "you have to read this one all the way to the end". On about the end of August, I was notified by a gentleman named Josh, who is the customer service advisor for Caliber Collision. He informed me that his company has taken procession of the small family body shop was sold and under new management, "WHAT"....who does that happen to? Apparently me! Oh I didn't mention that my 23 year old GMC pickup truck was already in that shop for over 25 days and completely disassembled for a bumper to bumper body work and full paint job. Me being the original owner of the truck, yes a moment of panic set in. With all the technical conversations I had the previous shop, I was pretty sure there was going to be a loss in communication with the transfer, something's aren't going to get done. To make this complex situation a little more simple, I'll cut to the chase. With a lot of back and forth the regional manager Keith and the customer service advisor Josh both promised and assured me that my contract would be fulfilled and completed in a timely manor and I will be a satisfied customer! Well 56 days later, what they did was just that. I got a REALLY REALLY NICE paint job and reassembled as if it was never apart, all the bells and whistles work. HOW ABOUT THAT! I really have to thank Josh for all his diligence and professionalism and their integrity to push through the end. I would also like to thank Keith and Chelsi at the front desk and all the techs and painters in the shop, they all made me a five star customer and highly recommend this shop to anyone. Great customer service, communication, price and job!

I recently was in an accident and sure enough I was told it was totaled. I was pretty disappointed that a car I already had paid off and planned on giving to my daughter was now gone. I met Tiffany at the Toms River location and she was a gem. She totally understood where my head was at and absolutely made a crappy situation... 100% painless. She joked with me, she explained in detail what the process was, what was good and bad about the wrecked car, and kept me in the loop where my claim was. I hope I never get into another wreck but if Caliber and Tiffany are involved, I will certainly feel like I am family and not just another claim and a check. Thank you!

Thanks Maplewood Caliber, The front cowling on my car was torn loose from a curb. Myles looked at it and had one of his guys fix it. I asked what I owed him and he said it's on us. I really appreciated his willingness to help me out. Car looks like new! Thanks Fritz

Nice guys still DO exist. He goes by Leroy Kuhns at the Wooster North location. I stopped there yesterday, 10/14, exp!ained that I'd had a mishap backing out of my garage,and dislodged the backplate from my sideview mirror. It no longer stayed on since a mounting guide broke off. Without hesitation, Leroy said he had some strong, quick-drying adhesive & felt it would take care of it. He was super nice and just stepped in to help. Thanks, again, Leroy. You really made my day!

Jordan Willis (Burleson, I-35) was a pleasure to work with and informative while my truck was being repaired. The repairs to my truck were done very nicely and in a timely manner. I would highly recommend Caliber Collision for any auto repair. The service and quality of work is obviously well managed!
