Caliber CollisionReviews of calibercollision.com

Caliber was very professional in the estimation and execution of my F150 repair. Communication was excellent from start to finish, the repair schedule was as advertised, the estimate was spot on, and the work was excellent. I would recommend Caliber to anybody.

I had never heard of this place. As a woman not knowing a thing about cars searched random places in midland to help fix my car. Before I knew it I was told my car needed at least 9k in repairs. Before that place could fix it they wanted me to take my car somewhere else to get my radiator to get fixed. It was a nightmare. All of the sudden my insurance “shout out to Geico” linked me up with Caliber Collision!! BEST PLACE EVER!!!! They took the stress right off of my hands. From the minute we stepped in the door. All I had to do was leave my car there and was greeted at the door with the best customer service. All I had to do was go pick up my rental provided by insurance, They told me not to worry they would handle the rest. My car was in pretty bad shape as I had hit a deer and my front end of the car was in bad shape. Although drivable, my radiator was hanging my two screws. I needed a new radiator , my ac and heater were not working. Within a week or two I went to pick my car up and was in shock!!! I didn’t even recognize my vehicle. It was AMAZING THE WORK CALIBER COLLISION HAD DONE!!! I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY FOR ALL AND ANY VEHICLE REPAIRS!!!! From maintenance to body they follow through with their work!! Thank you all for all your hard work!!!

I visited Caliber to have them take a look at a knock in my door whenever someone opens the door. I’d been here before to have my car restored when my daughter was rear ended. They did a phenomenal job repairing and restoring my vehicle. I expected to get an estimate to fix the problem with my door. Tim, one of their estimators, came out to check the door and fixed it on the spot. If I ever need any car work done in the future. Caliber is my first choice. I strongly recommend them for your next job too! They’re the best

Thanks to all the employees at this fine establishment .the work you did on my 2013 Nissan Altima was and is outstanding. All vehicle repair shops should be using Caliber as their work model. I am quite pleased with the work and the fact that their ambassadors kept me updated regularly if not e every day all questions were answered and explained so that I could easily understand what they were doing. Thanks again this is my 3 time using Caliber and I will recommend them to my friends and family. Thanks again car owner David Beeks. 11/14/21.

Needed a front bumper replace. It took a couple of weeks before they can fix my car but when they did fix it, it looked brand new. And Bryant was so nice about keeping me updated about my car. If I can give them a ten star rating I would.

We were sideswiped in our car and the person's insurance referred us to Caliber Collision in Lehigh, Florida near us. We don't know what to expect since we didn't pick this place. But from our estimator, Justin Redman, to the finished job, it was a great experience! Our car looks great and the job was finished in 2 days less than we thought. I would definitely use Caliber again! Great job! Thanks.
