Caliber CollisionReviews of calibercollision.com

Every staff member with whom I interacted -- both prior to, and during the time that my car was at this Caliber shop -- was very kind, professional, helpful, thorough, informative, and just very nice, all-around, to chat with. And, Debbie specifically, is a real champ -- not only is it lovely to be first greeted by her, at the front desk, but she runs the "front end" of the office/shop seamlessly, patiently, proficiently, and with warmth and an obvious willingness to help customers with anything they may need. Lastly, the technicians in the shop did a TERRIFIC job repairing the damage to my car! So, suffice it to say that this particular Caliber Collision shop will definitely be my go-to auto-body shop, going forward. Thank you ALL for making an otherwise negative situation as positive and easy as possible!

Great customer service provided by Caliber Collision In the Woodlands location. Referred by my insurance company. Employees were very helpful and courteous. The complete work of my truck took 1-1/2 days and color match perfect. Shout outs to Edwin for giving me an excellent and courteous customer service experience.

Went in for an estimate at the Indy South location on East St. The girls in the office were friendly and very helpful. Ally especially was very knowledgeable and explained the process to me.

I had such a pleasant experience with caliber. Holly, Tiara and Clint contacted me frequently about the service….in spite of delays in the delivery of parts, had the car back in a week. Can’t tell u how pleasant and helpful and informative the staff was to deal with. I was there to support my friend who is deaf. Often they talk to me instead of him, however he was the client and they treated him w respect and attentiveness! I was more than impressed and grateful! Oh, and they did a terrific job with the repairs, highly recommended!!!

This is the second car I have taken to Caliber. I was so happy with the work they had done on my last car. Again they did a fabulous job!!! I had a slight issue and they were more that happy and wiling to work with me. I will always take my cars here!
