Choose Caliber Collision from the preferred options given to me from my insurance company. Customer service was fantastic! Attentive to my claim, kept me up to date daily with their progress to not only myself but to my insurance company as well and was able to finish the repairs a day early! They even replaced my license plate covers which was a very nice and unexpected touch as well as the full detailing inside and out. Felt and smelled like a brand-new car! You never want to be involved in an accident, but if you are... take your vehicle to Caliber Collison!

i went over a speed bump tuseday morning and damaged the under cover on my car called caliber collision they got me in the same day. Josh was just great took my car and it was fixed in no time before i did more damage. Thank you Josh

I needed some work on the Caddy, new front bumper finally came in and needed to be installed. Swung by and made an appointment for an estimate and repair, very easy process. Brought it by at my appointed time today (actually an hour late because I had my appointments mixed up) they got to work right away, Mike did a very thorough walk around with me, checked the damage and gave me my estimate very quickly. Caleb took it from there and between the two of them I received a call four hours later telling me that my car was ready!! Great experience! Very friendly and knowledgeable, upfront with everything and trustworthy. Now I have two Caliber Collisions reviewed and both were outstanding! (This store is closer to me so will probably be my go to but I would feel confident at any Caliber location if this is any indication of the level of professionalism and expertise required to have a franchise.) Thank you Mike, Caleb and crew, I will be back!!!
