Our 2019 RDX Acura was sideswiped on Nov 2021----used Caliper for an estimate---although it took until April of 2022 to be scheduled for repair (long wait for parts--chain supply??), the results were outstanding. Kudo's to the Caliber Collision team at Shawano, Wisconsin. We were kept in the loop during the wait and while the repair was being completed. Unable to notice any flaws, especially the blending of the paint job. Thanks to Tod and his team.

On April 1, 2022, my 2004 Chevrolet SSR was struck by an uninsured motorist. My insurance company sent me to Caliber Collision, one of their preferred repair shops. Heath at the Boltonfield location in Columbus, Ohio was extremely helpful, friendly, and considerate. The repair work was quick and the quality was outstanding, especially considering the difficulty in obtaining parts for this rare car. My SSR looks new again!

Caliber Collision (Spring) lived up to their tag line: Restoring the Rhythm of Your Life. The customer service was outstanding! Concise, clear and consistent updates kept me abreast of the status of my vehicle and allayed my fears. When I visited the shop to retrieve my charger, the reception area was clean bright and welcoming. They offered me water too! The receptionists answered the phone within the first 2 rings and were pleasant. I was not kept on hold for minutes on end. In fact, each call was less than three minutes. Roman was understanding, considerate and professional. He kept me informed throughout the entire process. He even followed up with a brief phone call (twice) when there was a delay. And despite the delay my car was ready when he said it would be. I don't know much about car repairs, but my car looked great!!! I felt like they over-delivered. Caliber Collison has nurtured the know, like and trust factor with me. I highly recommend their services to my circle and anyone who needs car repairs after a collision
