November 18 my wife was in an accident. We took the car to Melvins who my retired body man recommended. Shortly he sold to Caliber Collision, and I thought OH NO!! I knew Chris the body man from my mishaps in the past, so I called him and talked to him. He said everything will be ok. They are a good company. As time went on, I meet Shawn, the manager, and he was very pleasant and easy to work with. He kept us abreast as to what was going on and how things were progressing. Between Shawn and Chris, we were very pleased with the communications and the service. When the car was finished there were problems with the radio and the dash electronics. Shawn said bring it back and WE will take it to the dealer. They have to fix it and fix it they did. As time went on "little" things keep happening and Shawn and Chris said bring it back and they jumped right on it. I am extremely pleased with the service and repair we received especially since Caliber was in on mid-stream, but you couldn't tell it. I would highly recommend the Mt. Vernon shop, because that is the only one, I have dealt with. Anyone that says otherwise, I have my doubts. Since then, I had a mishap with my work car and guess where I took it? If you said Caliber Collision, Mount Vernon give yourself a star. But don't take the one from Shawn and Chris and the rest of the team up there. They worked had for theirs. I was involved in a accident and took my car to Caliber Collision on 5613 Auburn Blvd. I was paired with Melanie. This was the best experience. Melanie was very attentive to my needs and the needs of my auto. Her customer service was exceptional. My car looks amazing. I cannot thank her enough for the excellent job. She is amazing. If you need repairs; go to Caliber located at 5613 Auburn Blvd and hopefully you will be paired with Melanie as well. You will not be disappointed. I promise.

the repairs on my car were excellent.the people at caliber were so helpful ' kind and explained every that would be done to my car in detail .this is my second time at this location and I was treated very well both times it was a team effort by all . i will highly recommend them ,i took some cards to give to my friends.. thank you all. Very professional and courteous

Patrick was amazing! The entire staff went out of their way to ensure I was Satisfied with my repairs in a very timely manner. Even after dealing with the insurance company, they were courteous and professional, and my Pilot looks amazing. I will recommend them to anyone who needs body work!

I recently had my car repaired at Cavalier collision on Eubank Road. These are the nicest people. Mr. David Stratton, helped me very well informed of my car. The part was on backorder. I heard from him every week that we were waiting. I found him to be very pleasant and easy to talk to, I truly enjoy, him informing me of the progress of my part and he was very nice, also when I pick my car up I met one of the sweetest ladies her name was Karla Baylor, She was awesome she explained everything which was truly informative, I really Enjoyed talking to her, she has a very pleasant and warm demeanor, because of these two people, I would bring my car back there anytime, THANK YOU FOR YOUR SERVICES.

I could not be more pleased with the service from the Rochester, MN office. Unfortunately I have used them twice for different cars in the last year. They were very easy to deal with, fixed my accidents completely, dealt with the insurance company for me and even put up with a lot of questions. I will definitely recommend to people I know.
