I damaged the rear hatch back door window in my 2014 Sienna. I immediately called CC. the person who does the quotes was leaving in an hour but if I got there within a half hour she would assist me. I hurried over she got the pics and info she needed and asked one of the guys to put plastic over the broken window the next day my ins co was on it even with a repair date. it was the quickest exp I have ever had with a body shop

I was driving in the left lane (70-75 MPH) of I-24 west, just north of Chattanooga, in the middle of the day when a deer ran into my driver's side front door and then bounced into my rear bumper. The entire bumper of my RX350 SUV came off except for a few electrical wires which were strong enough to keep it attached to the right side of my vehicle and drag it on the pavement behind me. I immediately turned on my emergency flashers and made my way to the right side of the road and had a police car come and help me assess the damage. We tried to snap as much of the bumper back onto the car with duct tape until we could get a more permanent solution. I managed to make it to Caliber Collision in the Smyrna/LaVergne area where Mr.Charles Knight, the General Manager of that location, immediately examined my car and had one of his workers determine that the best option was to remove the entire bumper since it had already come loose twice while I earlier had continued to drive west to my home in Kentucky. He even used a grinder to cut the totally damaged bumper in half so it would fit into my SUV as evidence for insurance purposes. We were so thankful for his prompt attention to our dilemma and I offered to pay for his time and effort to make sure our remaining two hour drive home would be safe. He declined any payment and wished us well! What a life saver he was and what a wonderful experience it was to fortunately find someone who took care of our problem so quickly. Thank you again, Mr. Knight!
