Caliber CollisionReviews of calibercollision.com

Caliber Collision Carbondale, IL proved to be a gem in southern Illinois. Cliff and Ryan provided excellent customer service. They texted me almost daily to give updates on the status of the repair. They assisted in the acquisition of a rental car and had a comfortable and clean office to do business and wait. The finished product, which was detailed and polished, made my wife smile. Thank you Caliber, Cliff, and Ryan.

I had a parking lot damage to my new Kia. I was crushed as I only had the car 2 months. I contacted Caliber Wooster through the web and had immediate response. My insurance company worked with them beautifully. The personnel at the Wooster office helped turn a bad experience into a positive by reassuring me every day as to where repairs were at with the car.Shaun is thorough, friendly.and knowledgeable. Respectfully, Sharon Salmons

The quality and responsibility of the manager to accomplish high quality of service ..

We randomly pulled into the Caliber Collision in Waretown, NJ hoping they could help us find a temporary fix for our shattered sunroof. Joseph Pepe, the general manager, was incredibly kind and generous with his time. He got a temporary cover in place for us, and he located the glass we’ll need to replace the shattered sunroof. All the employees were kind and supportive. The office and bays are spotless. No easy feat, which reflects their meticulous attention to detail and exceptional customer service. Both our families owned gas stations and autobody shops, so we know the business well. Caliber in Waretown is truly exceptional. We are so lucky to have stumbled into this absolute gem of an autobody repair shop. Ed and Annmarie

We had a tornado come through causing a tree to fall on the front hood of my truck. Took it to Calibur Collision and was extremely happy with all aspects of this collision center. Austin kept me updated with how everything was going with my truck. super professional! The customer service was a 10! When we picked up the truck Tim introduced us to everyone as well as gave us a tour of the shop. I was shocked how nice this collision center was, super clean and very organized! They had my truck parked out front all detailed inside and out. They even had it running so it was cool inside the truck when we picked it up! Fantastic group of people! The best experience!

Gary was very helpful and answered all of my questions.
