Caliber CollisionReviews of calibercollision.com

Great costumer service, the staff was very polite and helpful. The service on my camaro was outstanding and my car looks like new and that was well appreciated by me and my wife. I would give the shop in Laguna Beach caliber collision a 5 star anytime.

Very friendly and professional!!! Fixed my Jeep Grand Cherokee like new!! Would use them again!!

I came in from Port Townsend to get an estimate on my side mirror repair. I already had the new part. I was told it would be a pretty long wait to have a simple estimate done because they were very busy. Tommy heard this and grabbed my keys and he and Anton quickly put the new mirror on my 4 runner. I was impressed. Tommy said they wanted to ensure my safety and not have me come all the way back in for the repair . Thank you Caliber!!!

had a "rub" mark on passenger door. I went to shop to get advise on removing rub mark. technician buffed out mark. looks like new. service rep was extremely nice & courteous. pleasure doing business with them. Hwy 90, Bay St Louis, Mississippi

The BEST experience I have ever had with collision repair. Excellent workmanship, great communication and super fast. Rubin Martinez certainly knows his job well and is great to work with. The Truck was spotless when I got it. I will recommend Caliber Collision to everyone, 10/10. 5 star.

Recently my son had an accident where fortunately he was not hurt but the car was determined to be a total loss. Accidents are never a pleasant experience but I was fortunate enough to have John Dennison assist me through the process. He was kind, considerate, informative and responsive to all of our questions and concerns. I cannot tell you how comforting it was to have John be there during a difficult time. This is not the first interaction I have had with John. Another one of our vehicles was in an accident not too long ago and he managed us through that experience as well. The car was able to be fixed and John and team did a fantastic job with the vehicle. Everyone at work thought it was a new car! I should also mention the car was fixed in a short period of time even though there was significant damage. In my past experiences in other shops it can take weeks and even months. As a Director myself I know we don’t always hear the good things and mostly only things that did not go as expected. I am writing this because it is important to celebrate that when even the worst experiences occur there is positivity . I would also like to mention Jane. She was very responsive and kind as well. Best Regards, Maureen Burke

Everything went well and they were very professional 5/5
