Tim was awesome! We had an insurance claim on our traverse and they kept us up to date throughout the entire process. The traverse looked brand new when we received it back. Not only did the pick it but they delivered it back to us with there delivery service.. Thanks again, I will definitely recommend them to all my friends and family!

Brandon at Marble Falls location made my collision repairs a smooth experience from beginning to end. I felt like a picked up a new car! Repairs were completed in less time than estimated. Staff was friendly and kept me informed of progress. The company gets 5 stars. Brandon gets 6 stars!

When I brought my truck to Caliber, it had severe damage to the front, the bumper was falling off it was a mess. After Caliber did the necessary repairs and add some magic touch, my truck looked brand new again. They even vacuumed and made it smell really nice:) Thank you Caliber Collison, You did an excellent job!!!!

Ms Linda Prickett at the Morrow location truly have a heart for her customers. We had to bring our truck in for an estimate and she took the time over the phone and in person to give me and my husband everything we needed and she made sure we understood the process every step of the way. We have built a relationship and I wanted to acknowledge Ms Prickett on a job well done. She truly is a STAR!!! Thank you again for all that you do daily…

Customer service in this place from calling to set up appointments to walking in the door was awesome.

I needed a side mirror painted that was new to replace a side mirror that had gotten broke. So, this is as easy a job as a paint shop could ask for from a labor perspective. The first paint shop I went to wouldn't do the job and said I could come back in March and see if they had time then. Caliber Collision not only took on the small job but had it done in less than a week!! These are great people and will be using them again!!

I want to recognize, and think, Ashley and Paige at the Indian Land, SC location. From my first visit to my visit to pick up my vehicle, both ladies have been extremely helpful, courteous, professional and knowledgeable of their job with Caliber. Excellent service and I was very impressed with them. I told them they were wonderful, and they are.
