Totally impressed at how great this situation was. I was given for information on how to set things up and what to expect more with Caliber than my actual insurance company! Mrs. Kim at the front desk was an absolute pleasure and certainly knows what she is doing, and Mr. LC was also so very informative! I am very thankful for all that they did :)

I took my Hyundai Tucson for repair to Caliber Collison, Clifton Park, NY this morning. As it was found to be a small fix and may take just couple of hours to repair, I didn't take a rental car for the day. I dropped off my vehicle at the facility and got a ride back home by Mike. In couple of hours, I got a call from their office that my vehicle is ready for pick-up and the repair was done at no cost to myself nor to the Insurance. That's a great news. Mike again came to pick me up from my home and got my vehicle back after repair early in the afternoon. I really appreciated their friendliness and courtesy ride to and from home. Many thanks to Simon, Katie and Mike for their support.

They went above and beyond to make sure we got our commercial truck back in a timely fashion. They were knowledgeable, courteous, and did a beautiful job on our new truck a 6 point deer ran into the side of. They arrange the rental vehicle, and everything went so smooth. Very grateful for a job Well done!!!!

I took my car to Caliber Collision thinking I would never get it back due to the issue with parts and a shortage of labor. Due to excellent, prompt, and friendly service provided by Brandon and his co- workers, I got by car back in two weeks instead of the estimated seven weeks. I received an update every Monday, Wednesday and Friday regarding the service status, and my car was returned like new. It had also been washed and cleaned on both the inside and out. I highly recommend Caliber for your collision needs.
