We were sent to Caliber by Gieco for an insurance claim. My daughter's car was side swiped and needed the passenger door removed to be repainted and have scratches removed. Several weeks later the door handle fell off and we noticed the side mirror was no longer connected to the electrical system so we could not adjust it. Caliber Collision acknowledged that they took the door apart but would not accept fault for the issues that were caused by improperly reinstalling the door. I took it to my mechanic who explained that the issues were, no doubt, caused by Caliber poorly reinstalling the wiring so that the first time the window went down it broke the wires apart and made the mirror break. The door handle was also installed poorly, missing hardware. It was over $500 to fix and Caliber would not fix it, they were extremely rude when we tried to talk to the them about it.

Caliber Collision of Alpharetta really put me in a jam. First, they exaggerated the repair estimates before sending them to GEICO. GEICO then totaled the vehicle, but before coming out to look at the vehicle themselves. After GEICO took a look at the vehicle, they agreed, Yep! The repairs were exaggerated!!! In the meanwhile, Caliber proceeded by removing parts from the vehicle that never should have been touched, parts like airbags, headliner, seats... those sort of things. After GEICO declared the car repairable and agreed to have the vehicle repaired at a different shop, Caliber responded by devaluing the vehicle by at least another $5,500. They ruined the interior of the car, scratched the seats, the trunk, and the top of the SUV by taking everything they took off the vehicle and putting the parts inside the and on top of the vehicle. IT WAS INTENTIONALLY DONE!!! AFTER RUINING THE CAR, THEY NEVER BOTHERED TO CONTACT ME PERSONALLY, BUT INSTEAD "WORKED OUT A DEAL" WITH GEICO TO REIMBURSE GEICO FOR REPAIRS FOR THE DAMAGES THEY CAUSED. The only problem is... After 9 months, my car still isn't fixed. SHOULD I BE UPSET BY NOW?

This is where our insurance told us to take our car when someone side swiped it. We dropped it off and were suppose to be getting a new front bumper, new front lip, new canards for the side, paint matched repairs, and the other things associated with those parts. Waited a month for the car to be repaired because of parts and then went to pick it up. Now I want to preface that there were no clutch problems when it was dropped off. When we arrived to get it, the canards had not been replaced because they ordered the wrong ones. The chip in the windshield was now a spider web of cracks. The rear passenger window tint had been damaged. We started to drive the car and immediately noted problems with the clutch. The car was unsafe to drive. After months of explaining how the car was returned they said they would repair the clutch if we bought the parts. Fine, we ordered the clutch, throw out bearing, and all the things that go with a clutch. After the parts were delivered and it had been at their shop for a week they say we need to buy a flywheel. They had not started work at all on the car and wanted more parts bought. We told them that until they actually looked at the clutch and flywheel we would not be buying parts. They looked and said the flywheel was fine but that they had broken the throw out bearing we had bought and were having to order a new one. Were told to pick it up Monday, January 27th. Get there and there is a large scratch in the side of the back passenger side door like it had been keyed. We mentioned it and said wed have to call back tomorrow about it........ These people seem to not car about customers cars. When we first went to pick it up before it became undriveable, there was someone picking up their car that had the rear bumper replaced. On the side of the white bumper were streaks of red paint like it had "swapped paint" with someone while driving. The employee went and grabbed glass cleaner and a microfiber towel to "buff" it out. The paint didnt come out and they seemed to tell them to come back a different day. Their customer service, employees, and managers are a joke. DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE UNLESS YOU WANT IT TO COME BACK EVEN MORE DAMAGED THAN WHEN YOU PUT IT IN.

Be Aware!! Warning! Below ZERO service! The real reviews are on Google. After a car accident, I took my BMW to their shop. They said that they would fix everything. They didn't. They damaged the car. Horrible. Bmw dealership said that the car has frame damaged from the accident and it is dangerous to drive it. BMW dealership gave me a report. Caliber did not mention that matter, and told me that car was fixed. But it was not. No experience at all. They didn't fix the trunk right. The door paint was completely different than the original one. My car has paint shades now because of their bad job. They damaged the roof. Water leak while the weather is rainy. The did big damage inside the car. My car is convertible. They damaged and cut the wires between the trunk and the roof. Bad management is plus. Please take your vehicle anywhere else. This is the worst shop in USA. After they got the insurance check, my car was damaged more. It took them One year to fix my car, and they didn't.. they did more damage. They deserve below zero stars, and I will SPARED the word about their location in Suwanee, Ga

Unnaceptable environment. Cokeheads are allowed to be managers because they're in the good ol' boys club. Wage disparities with men being placed in positions making twice what women make. No work-life balance. They will bleed you dry. They say they're all about values, then turn around and interview for people's replacements behind their back. I saw this happen to many people. Sexism is rampant, and when you report it to HR, they fire you. The worst experience I have ever had at a company.
