I went to the Caliber office on Iredell for an estimate. The decorative molding around my wheel had been scrapped off. Previously, I'd gotten a bid for $200 to fix this. The mechanic looked at my new part, tested the paint on the car, and re-attached the part in 5 minutes. NO Charge! Very nice interaction and car looks great now. Appreciate their kindness and skill. I'd definitely go back again if I have another auto body issue. Thanks!

Work was done in a timely manner. Marcus was great and kept me informed during the entire process.

We were very impressed with the service Caliber gave us. The receptionist was very professional and Marcus Bosley was on top of our situation. We were informed every step of the repair and Caliber even returned out car to us early. It was not a big repair but we were glad to be kept up to date with the different stages of the repair. We will bring our car back to Caliber and hopefully that will not be too soon again. This was our second repair in one year!

It’s hard for people to understand a body shop unless they are behind the scenes. A lot of parts are back ordered and your insurance company approves what can and can’t be purchased and unfortunately alot of insurance companies will only approve after market parts. You guys should be angry with your insurance companies. Caliber in itself is a great company and their body techs work very hard to make sure the cars are taken care of in a timely manner. Remember a car is totaled if your insurance determines it cost too much to fix. Everything goes through insurance so no one should have to ask for photos to send to insurance themselves. Just take a day to go to a body shop and watch all the hard work and you’ll understand a little better.

I was driving on the freeway with my kids when my car started smoking and smelled like something was burning. Once we pulled over safely, I saw that the under shield had fallen off and was scraping the floor. In a panic, I just looked on google Maps for the closest car body shop. I called Caliber Collision in Kearny Mesa. The gentleman that answered the phone was very kind and said I could bring my car so they can take a look. Once I arrived, I was extremely impressed by everyone. The lady at the reception desk, the owner/ manager of the shop. Two experts helped me, the first one was a young man who got immediately on the floor and tried to fix it (I didn't get his name) and the second one was Todd Phelps, who took the car and fixed it for us. I was so impressed and so touched by everyone's willingness to help, making sure that the kids and I were safe, and taking the time to repair the car without an appointment. They were all extremely professional. Todd Phelps, god bless him, really was amazing. I recommend this place 200% and won't be going anywhere else from now on.
