Caliber collision in roseville cs . Sent my suv in for repairs pointed out issues from accident , a week later it was mostly done , picked it up and a few days later i could not open the hatch back went back and he said in order to fix it the back glass needed to be replaced the shocks are bad . I said it workrd great before the accident .now months have gone by and they wont return any calls . Bottom Line i guess they only fix the easy stuff , if you have a big job find a honest body shop .... if you want them to take the ins money and be done with you these are your folks....

I Wanted to Use the Nissan dealer for my repairs, but I listened to My Agents input about this Place ! So I Took my 2021 Nissan to be repaired at Caliber Collision in Corpus Christi Steve the Caliber rep. told me how he was gonna do this and that and they were gonna fix it! So I left it. I called a few days after just to check on my Vehicle and Nothing done yet .. ! Called 2 or 3 times for an update ...Nothing 8 days later I called to ask about my vehicle? And Mr Steve had Bad Attitude towards me! It was still not finished! Because they ordered the Wrong Parts And the did not have The Means to recalibrate the drive assist Cameras on the 2021 Rouge ! So they took it to Nissan to do all the Repairs after all..! I should of done that in the First place.!! And Caliber got the credit and payment for the repairs on my Vehicle ! This will be The ONLY time and Last time .!! I ever use Caliber Collision and I'm putting this on Social Media to make sure Other people Don't Use Caliber ..Thanks for Nothing

I had appointment today to have some scratches removed from my hood!!!! I was told by the service representative on Quaker road Queensbury New York caliber collision that the scratches would be removed!!!!, And when the job was supposedly finished the scratches was not removed!!!! I met with the representative prior to the appointment today, to discuss removing the scratches for my hood of my SUV Volkswagen and when I seen the hood the scratches was not removed!!!!! And conclusion I don't feel that I should not have to pay the $65 but I wind up paying it anyway for the frivolous labor that was not performed properly, so while honestly feel that was ripped off for $65 for a job that was not done and this is a professional collision center which did woke on my car previously on a claim case!!!!! So now I'm out of $65 for b******* labor that the job was not performed!!!!! And conclusion I felt that if he could not remove the scratches he should not have set up appointment to have it done bottom line!!!!!!!

I would never use them again. The worst experience ever. Had to come back 4 times for something that should have been fixed the first time. I spent more time talking to the receptionist concerning my vehicle. Thanks Ms.Linda for keeping me inform. Linda has went well above her job title. Outstanding job!!! New update. The manager Brian has went above and beyond to fix my complaints and issues concerning my vehicle. Thanks to Brian and the staff at caliber collision.

My jeep got rammed into parked in front of my house. The impact pushed my jeep up on to the sidewalk. Luckily, the driver was honest about it and left her state farm insurance info. My jeep now wouldn't drive straight and the impact blew out a tire. I tried again and then it wouldn't start. State Farm had it towed to Caliber Collision. I met with Eric the estimator. He was immediately rude with such an attitude. He told me they only do body work. But because the impact didn't show in the body, according to Eric, no damage was done. I explained my jeep didn't drive straight and the impact blew out a tire. He didn't care and was arrogant about it. I told him I would take the jeep to another place that specializes in auto repair for an accurate estimate. I couldn't wait to get out of there. I came in a fiat. So then Eric had to tell me all about his fiat and that his was all electric. Ok Eric, we get it, you have a better fiat than me. You're the winner. What an ego this guy has. The snow storm came and everything in the city was on hold. I called Caliber Collision and said I was working on getting it towed out of there for another place to give an auto repair estimate and thanks for their patience. The guy on the phone said no problem. But Eric went ahead and reported to State Farm that nothing was wrong with my jeep from the accident and that I had abandoned my jeep at Caliber Collision. He never looked under the hood. They only do body work. So thanks to Eric, I now have to pay for my jeep to be towed away and State Farm refuses to even pay for the tow or even the blown out tire, due to Eric's inaccurate estimate of nothing being wrong from the collision. Thanks Eric for screwing me over with your inaccurate estimate. I'm talking to the GM tomorrow. I'll keep you all posted.
