First Rate Repair Facility, Inclusive of World Class Signature Repairs, via the Finest, Most Professional Staff, All The Way!! Shout out to GM, Frank, with his most professional demeanor, and 30 years experience, along with Service Advisor, Fernando, and Customer Service Rep, Haleigh....Amazing Follow up and promptness from the moment I brought my car in for repairs due to a questionable driver, who had destroyed the entire left side of my car. Today, I went to pick up my vehicle, and it honestly looks as good as new and shines as good as new. These folks kept me up to date throughout the week, and seven days from when I brought my car in for repairs, it's now both 100% Complete, as well as me being 100% satisfied. I will not use any other repair facility, due to my most wonderful experience from day 1. These guys are tops in every way. My car came back immaculate and pristine. Thank you again, Caliber Collision Altamonte, and your entire team, for such a job most well done. When you reach out to them, ask for Fernando, their Top Advisor, and I can assure you that both you and your vehicle will be given the same level of attention, along with a most professional experience throughout the entire process. I went to caliber collision on North Lamar and spoke with Datron Allen about fixing my rearview mirror. It was a remarkable experience! I had no appt, but just walked in and spoke with Mr Allen. He was able to repair the mirror in the spot. Will definitely return to this establishment if any future body work is required.

Great experience. Amanda Lamm at the Apex location was wonderful to work with. Service was timely and excellent. Highly recommended.

High quality craftsmanship! Professional estimating and office staff. Work was completed on time and within quoted estimate. Highly recommend this repair shop.

The staff was very friendly and courteous. They did an excellent job in replacing and painting my car back bumper. They took the time to show me pictures of the damage in front and behind the damaged bumper along with a verbal description. And the time was exactly a week which was shorter than expected. I woukd highly recommend this company to anyone.
