IF YOU GOT TIME TO WASTE THEN THIS IS THE PLACE
The shop located on American Pacific did the repairs to our vehicle and we would not receommend them unless you have weeks to wait for a minor repair and like being lied to.
The lady at the front desk is great but Francisco is rude and should not have a job talking to customers. They said our vehicel would be ready in a week and it took them 2 weeks. When we called for an update after 4 days they said it would be ready on Monday. Monday came and went no call. We had to call them again and then they said they were waiting for a part and it would be ready in a few days. Again we then had to call them back a week later and now the vehicle is ready to be painted and we can pick it up the following day. NEVER AGAIN! I wish we took our business somewhere else and we will never recommend this shop to anyone.

Poor workmanship, misaligned body components...
I am deeply disappointed with the service at Caliber Collision. They did not repair my car correctly, leaving it with poor workmanship, misaligned body components, and unresolved functional defects. Even though they heavily advertise a "Limited Lifetime Warranty," they have completely failed to honor it or fix their mistakes. They returned my vehicle in an unsafe, incomplete condition and have refused to make it right. Avoid this shop if you expect your vehicle to be restored to factory safety standards.

Scam insurance by overcharging in advance in full price then never get the job done.
Dishonest, overstated amounts, and cheat money from both customer and Geico insurance for undone repair work. This Caliber Collision (Maude Ave. Sunnyvale, CA) would text you that you car is ready to pick up but in fact they returned your car with incomplete service and still charged you in 100% full overstated amount then they would never let you to redeem the unfinished service when you tried to make an appointment or given you a hard time and bad attitudes to redeem the "prepaid" repairs from them. Caliber made excuses saying they cannot find your lock wheel set and they would still persuade you to sign/agree their final invoice so they can get the full amount pay from Geico and never get the owed service done. Caliber took the money away and never refund it back to me when Geico Claim Adjustor specifically emailed requesting Caliber to mail me a check. It has been more than a month since May and both myself and Geico have not received any refund ($288) and response about those itemized charges that never provide services.
They also sublet some work and operations to unlicensed contractors. When you ask them license No. and repair shop name; they would refuse to provide answers on that. And they charge customers for supreme rate; even my invoice it has been "mark up" on items that were sublet or outsource.
Terrible business ethnics from Caliber Collision for cheating customers for making up amounts that never been provided satisfactory services with and that is no difference than robbing from a bank!

The store manager or Manager took the money that they’ve never deserve in the begin because you have not earn them through getting the job done or earn satisfaction from Geico and me. You lie to customer and obtain their signature for full payment--Bad, horrible business reputation!
No follow-up communication or emails from Caliber HQ to get this resolved.

Worst Shop in Hampton Roads
If you want your car back in less than a month and a half, don't bring it here.
I only left my car here because I was in an accident driving for Uber, and Liberty Mutual said this the only "approved" body shop. I hit spilled backfill on 664, and it tore through my entire front end and radiator.
I was in the accident May 5th, and did not get my car back the first time until May 29th. When I got it back, I had to throw out my steering wheel cover because it was covered in dirt and oil. The check engine light was also still on, and they said: Oh we can't read that code, so take it somewhere to get it looked at. Also, the transmission was clearly slipping upon acceleration, when it was perfectly fine before the accident.
Drove the car until the transmission let out a loud knock June 12, took it back in to them. In the middle of all this, I spoke to 3 different people claiming to be the manager. Justin was who I was dealing with at the beginning, didn't hear from him for a week, then about a week before picking up the car the first time Jenny said she was the new manager.
When I took the car in June 12th, someone named David said he was the point of contact and he seems to have fallen off the face of the earth because he's never in the shop.
Just got my car back today July 1st, and they completely removed the panel near the brake and never replaced it or the fuse that was preventing them from reading the check engine code. Come to find out, they STILL didn't read the code, just cleared the light off the dash.
My car somehow is in worse condition than when I was in the accident. Horrible communication, and non-existent customer service. If you need work done, please go literally anywhere else or you'll end up paying to fix whatever they broke or refused to replace.

Waited two weeks for a part that was never ordered
The associate I worked with told me she would call back the first time I talked to her, but she never did. She was supposed to order my windshield. I spent two weeks trying to get ahold of her. I only even found out anything because I called the call center three times to get information about what was happening. They told me the windshield had finally been ordered and they left a voicemail for the associate that was reviewing my claim and ordering the part.
I heard nothing again, so I called the call center. Today I found out the associate is now out of office for a week and my part was not ordered like I was told. So I waited two weeks for nothing. They also then proceeded to tell me they couldn't order my windshield, which at this point, I wouldn’t want them to.
I found a tiny company and they did all the legwork and had my very difficult part ordered same day. It will be here in two weeks. Not sure what the issue was, but what horrible customer service.

sketchy set-up
I created a claim on State Farm website 6/9/26. I selected from the preferred vendor list, the closest glass repair shop which was Caliber Auto Glass in Mountain View. I was immediately contacted to schedule the appointment. I was told that 6-11-26 was the first available. I told the agent that I could do that date, but I would need the job finished by 3:00pm or I would need to pick up the next day. This is where it gets weird. She told me that they would make arrangements with the Collision center for me to be able to do that. She said that they rent space there and so special arrangements have to be made. OK...Then, make them.... I got a text with specific instructions for drop off, including instructions NOT to call the phone number associated with the business since they won't know what I am talking about. I should only call the number they gave me. After I dropped off the car, I got a call from the same person asking how the drop off went. She asked me at that time to confirm if I was going to pick up today and I re-iterated that if it was ready by 3:00 then I could, but if not, then it would have to be tomorrow. She said that she would request that it be done by 3:00, but would not guarantee it. She also reminded me again not to call Caliber Collision, but only call her. I Called her at 1:00 to get a status on the car.... She had a voicemail that said she is out on PTO until next week. I waited until 2:00 at which time I called the forbidden number. I talked to a man at Caliber Collision and he went to talk to the technician working on my car. He came back in 15 min and told me that they haven't started my car because they didn't know about it. WTF!!!! I called the 888 number on the website for Caliber and spoke to someone who transferred me to a supervisor. She called the shop and talked to the technician who told her that he would work on it today and be done by 5:30. I told her that I would pick it up tomorrow. She replied that that would not work, because they don't own the building and the collision center won't let them leave my car overnight. I LOST MY MIND! I told her that was unacceptable and they need to figure it out. I asked her what they would do if I just didn't come get it and there was silence. I asked if it would get left out on the street or towed and she said, maybe.
I called my State Farm Agent and was told, sorry, we can't help you. All they did was give me the number for claims. I called the claims line and they said, sorry, we can't help you, we are a 3rd party processor and we have no control over the vendor ( who is on their guaranteed vendor list!!!) She said that all she could do is transfer me to customer service and they close in 30 minutes. I was transferred and the automated line said my call would be approximately 45 minutes. We all know what that means. I would hold for 30 minutes and then a voice would tell me that I need to call back tomorrow.
The world is on the fast train to disaster! AI doesn't care, customer service doesn't care....no one cares.
We will see where my car is tomorrow morning!!!

Former IATSE International Rep says…
Former IATSE International Rep says this company won't leave you alone. Block their calls.. still call ya. Ask to be put on their do not call list??? A real professional wouldn't treat you this way, can't imagine if you had issues as you were going through the repair process the lack of respect you would receive as they continue to do whatever serves themselves.
Go to tinker toys first to fix your car before this HORRIBLE DISRESPECTFUL PLACE.
