Caliber CollisionReviews of calibercollision.com

Great people to work with who did an excellent job repairing my car.

They done a goo

Excellent first experience. I took a 2017 Ford Expedition for two separate claims, rear bumper replacement, and right tail light. The parts needed to be ordered, which took about two weeks, but I was informed of every step of the progress. The receptionist was professional and my service advisor Cristina Morgado was the best, she took her time to explain everything in detail. My vehicle was ready as promised, excellent job and I love that they washed my car. I would definitely use their service again if in need, but keeping my fingers crossed that's not going to be the case.

Congratulations for a job well done and the repair was certainly extensive and very time consuming. My wife and I were appreciative of your crew team how helpful they were.

Good communication during the repair process.

Had a wonderful experience at Caliber in Mt Pleasant! Matt was very kind and courteous even though he couldn't take my car the same day. I will make an apt. to bring my car in. Kay W.

I took a 2005 car in with a broken interior part. The part has been discontinued but they were able to fix it for me. They did it while I waited were very professional and did a great job! They have worked on other cars of ours and always had a good experience.

I love this place to bring my damaged automobile to be fixed. Lee Bock is my guy. I have had two cars brought there on two occasions each. The work was excellent. Lee always kept me informed as to how the car was coming along and when the work was finished, it looked great. I was treated as if I were special. When I received my car it was clean and was in complete working order. Hope I never have to bring another damaged car back, but if I ever damage this car or another one, this is the place I am coming to, it is top of the line for me.
