Over a month later and car not ready. Unacceptable.

Drop off my vehicle on 8/2/2021 it now 8/20/21 still have not gotten my vehicle. I was told it would be done by the 10th then I was told it would be done by the 8/17/2021. Every time I call there is a different story. It in the paint bay. The parts are not right it still being put together, it being painted. Then they call me to tell me it ready so I call them when to pick it up. Then they tell me that it still in the parts bay. What is wrong with this company. Someone help me.

Customer service is lacking. It started with a really poor paint job. The hood was all fish eyes and they wanted to give it back to me that way. The car had grease on the headliner and broken plastic pieces left in both front seats. Luckily they did not cause damage. They also lost a part on the dash when they did the hood. 4 months later I am still waiting for the part from them. I call them and all I get is they will call me back. That NEVER happens. I tried to get my insurance company to hold payment until the job was done but they failed to do this. So now they are paid and I cannot get any response for the local office. Thank you Henry for your "HELP" Don't go there if you have a reasonable expectation of being treated fairly.

Bad service, they took almost a month to get the car fix. When i got the car back there were missing parts and some part were not even fixed. This place is a rip off they just want your money and do a very bad job.

Yesterday, at the Caliber Collision location at 12322 Ranch Road 620 North, Austin, TX 78750 where the inspection occured, the reservations person told me that 08/31/21 was the earliest I could get a repair reservation. At the end of the inspection, I waited in their lobby to make the 08/31/21 repair reservation. The reservations person became involved in yet the second heated dispute in the lobby at this location during my inspection appointment. There was also another heated dispute waiting in the lobby for this reservations person which I would be behind in line. Since my wife and Beagle "Boomer" had been patiently waiting in our damaged car in the parking lot during this whole time, I decided not to wait any longer and make the repair reservation either over the phone or online. I made the online reservation last night using their website for 08/31/21. Today, when I called the same Caliber Collision location, the same reservations person tells me they have no record of my 08/31/21 online reservation or any reservation. She informs me that the earliest reservation date NOW is 09/15/21 so I reserved that date at 08:30AM. No followup email, txt or confirmation number was provided because the reservations person says they do not to use any of those processes. Although on their website I chose to have both txt and email updates. There seems to be many differences in procedures with Caliber Collision. Is this the new New Normal or just Caliber Collision on a good day?

I took my truck back 2 times and it still wasn’t fixed right. They forgot to tint my back window. I ended up taking it to get it done myself. Horrible service. This location is in Pearland Tx.

I was hit from behind. I took my car to the shop my insurance recommended. They replaced the entire back door of my nissan rogue I was shown a bill of over 5000 dollars . After I was home I found the wiper was installed so it wiped the back of my car not the back window and the auto start installed 1 year ago by best buy.

Poor workmanship and the staff are rude. I took my car to Caliber Collision in Rockville to have damage to the rear bumper and trim repaired. I was very disappointed in the quality of the work and unprofessional staff. The paint color was wrong and they did not replaced the damaged trim. They said the trim was pre-existing damage and Geico would not replace them. The service writer called me a liar when I insisted they were not that way prior to the accident. I even gave them a photo taken two months ago when my son needed a picture of the license plate for a parking permit application. They insisted Geico refused to replace the trim pieces. However, when I spoke with the Geico adjuster he said Caliber did not include the trim pieces on their estimate or identify them as pre-existing damage during check-in. The service adjuster, Shalom and the manager both told me they used the correct factory paint codes. When I asked why they didn't use color matching tools used by most paint shops they told me "we don't do that here". When I asked why they made no effort to blend the clear coat into the adjacent body panels they said "Geico won't pay us to do that". A quality body shop would have done these things. In summary, they failed to match the paint color, would not repair all of the accident related damage, were very rude and dishonest.
