Working with Calibre I've been one of the worst experiences in my life. Their customer service is terrible they do not call you back and will lie to you about Vehicles progress if they find something that was not covered in their initial adjustment they will hide that from you as well and force you to pay for it after you take the vehicle home because because in most cases your waiting 3 to 4 months for a truck repair so desperate for a vehicle you just drive it home regardless. if there's some severe mechanical problems that were not addressed or talked about in any way shape or form that such mechanical problem would render the car a complete loss because the amount it would cost to fix it there for caliber making a mistake and forcing every did you already pay for repairs that they did not cause so my case they give you a truck with a completely burnt out clutch and transmission and want me to pay to pay for diagnosis know diagnosis to determine if the damage was caused from the wreck or wear and tear . Im not 7qpaying for the investigation was clear as dayn this truck was in perfect driving condition before the accident it will not take anything less . This is what they do to look after each other caliber and insurance company wear and tear a completely burnt out clutch drove all the way from Boulder to Denver in this condition everyday is a daily driver no not possiblle. And Bruce admitted to the same thing over the telephone with my father as witness to what he said and I quote there is no way that truck with the daily driver and that conditions like I have been telling him the entire time he finally agrees with me but will not step up admit a mistake was made and tell the insurance company caliber Collision is the biggest Crooks to Colorado because their companies in debt I'm going to take this as far as I can go their incompetency is almost cost me my home my job and now have covid 19 from Public transportati9Services not lose my job which I am now on the brink of due to covid-19 from public transportation the remarks as one man loses everything do to your incompetency I will be writing letters 2 the mayor of the city and state I'm going to contact every news agency to unlinee public forum that are listened I have other instances where people have been wrong and I have the proof at my fingertips like ripping off an elderly couple you said car was totaled only cost $1,200 to fix and they're back on the road running I have proof it would have ruined their life too if he wasn't smart enough do what you did

If you're looking for an awful customer service experience this is the perfect place!!! It first started with Valentia and then from the GM Gavin. When a GM doesn't stand by his word on providing consistent updates it's no surprise that rest of the office does the same. All this place does is provide excuse after excuse as to why the vehicle is not complete. With star rating they have, they must by buying reviews.

The worst service I have ever experienced. First issue, I had an appointment to get my vehicle fixed. I called 3 days before my appointment to see if I could drop off early and was informed my appointment was rescheduled and sorry they forgot to call. Second issue, my new appointment was set, I dropped off the vehicle and was informed that it would be ready in 1 week. I never received a call after 8 days so I called and was informed it was not ready. I drove by to see the progress and they did nothing on the vehicle. I came back in town a week early for this appointment. I took my car that day and went to a real service auto body shop. I have no problem with some delays on services but do have a problem with lack of comunication and being considerate.

I brought my Mercedes Benz ml350 for rear bumper replacement from an accident. They knew nothing about my vehicle. Had no idea how many batteries were in it. Forced cleared all error codes to pass. Two days after I picked my truck up, I started having serious issues with all codes to the point my truck needed to be towed which cost me $260 after repair. And today, it is back in the shop for the very same reason. They knew all the sensors in the bumper needed to be checked by Mercedes but I was advised not to bring it there because I would be responsible for all expenses. I drove 2 hours to this shop because it had great reviews, now I am wondering if it is the employees at this shop who are writing their own reviews. I WILL NEVER BRING MY VEHICLE TO THIS BODY SHOP AGAIN. I went Raleigh NC shop. July 15, 2022. Thanks to this body shop, my Benz has been in and out of the mechanic shop and it has costed me over $2000.00 to date. This body shop has no idea what they are doing and should stick with low end car and stay away from HIGH END vehicles like Mercedes Benz.

worst company ever if you take your car here plan on having more damage done than when you brought it here the only reason they even get a Star is because they did fix the damage but I was without my car for 4 weeks Also this was the 2nd car I brought here for an insurance claim and they damaged my other car while it was under their care

I have never been as disappointed and frustrated with a company as I am with the work done by Caliber Collision. My vehicle went back to the shop twice and I am still having issues. On the first visit, not only was it returned with sensor issues but the body was damaged, and had I not noticed it, they would have said nothing. The vehicle went back a second time and it must have sat in the shop as decoration because it is still having issues. I would strongly suggest staying away from this auto shop, I know I will never again consider Caliber Collison.

concern: I was sent by Travelers to Jupiter's FL collision center to replace the damaged R/H door mirror. The Traveler's adjustor estimated that the repair will cost less than my deductible and will be responsible for repair. The Caliber of Jupiter agrees to perform the repair and asked me for a down payment to order a new mirror. I was told that due to the supply chain, I could have a longer wait for the repair. A week later, being in the neighborhood, I stopped at the collision center to see if they have any information about the mirror. The manager and one more person came out of his office and told me that mirror is there. After unwrapping the mirror I was in shock. The replacement mirror was trash. I asked the manager if he will install such garbage on his vehicle. He was mute. I asked for a refund and he agreed. I told him that I will order my mirror and will install it by myself, he said when I get the mirror to come back to the shop and he will paint the cover for free, I tried to pick up his business card, and he said that I do not need it. A few days later, when I came back with the cover to be painted, he denied his promise. The shop is located in my neighborhood, I and will never come back there if I will ever need the repair service

It took 3 months and two weeks to this business to destroy my van. I brought it in with a damage to a rear door, caused by a pickup truck that hit it in the back on September 9, 2021.I took it back from the Norco Caliber Collision with more problems : the dashboard computer is no longer working (it worked after the accident), the stereo system is not working properly (it worked after the accident) , the upholstery is falling down (it was perfect after the accident), they took it down and did not put it back the right way, the glue shows off on the side of the van... they did a very cheap work that took a quarter of a year. Antoinette has been extremely rude and unprofessional each time I called to ask about the work they were doing. She hung up the phone in various occasions and promised to send emails which she never did. Each time I talked to her, she was promising that the van will be ready in two weeks, next months, three more weeks, one more week, few more days... 3 months and two weeks and the van was still not ready. It came out from this shop with more problems that it had when I brought it in.
