Wish I would have come here before starting this nightmare. First repair went so so - took forever and they ended up owing me for rental expenses. Then the car overheated to find out they installed radiator without connecting the fan. Returned to shop said fan was working - did pressure test and blew off turbo hose in the process. Said this is not their problem towed to another shop who informed me they did not ensure the fan was working - refused to take responsibility for new repair - do NOT use them. If in Orlando - use Rescue Automotive - I'm out almost 1k in car rental expenses

Waiting for parts for months!! Loaner car I could only keep for a month. Now I have no vehicle with no estimate on when the parts will come in. Terrible business. Highly not recommended.

I would not recommend. Horrible customer service and the GM is not helpful at all, quite rude actually. Please spare your time and money and go elsewhere. I had the worse experience, total miscommunication and they do nothing to be able to reason with the customer. They left my car worse than how it went in only because I wouldn't proceed any repairs.

This was the worst car experience I have ever had. This company is full of liars. Alex a worker there was horrible with communications. I had to call and get updates. Alex promised after their company took so long to fix my vehicle to pay for my rental for 3 days. I was also promised by Danny the manager he was going to pay. I haven't received a dime. Also a month after they "fixed" my car the paint came off. Took it back and now the manager tells me he isn't gonna honor that lifetime warranty they give you. Go figure. I was the victim in the accident but got left holding the bag. Don't deal with this company they are a bunch of liars. Management, receptionist, and staff. Location Midlothian turnpike across from the JW hospital. Save your stress levels.

Please don’t take your vehicles to caliber collision Ontario. I bought brand new car from crown Toyota Ontario California, it had a paint bubble on the hood near the driver side headlight. Then Toyota used caliber collision to fix the bubble, instead of fixing my paint problem they did horrible work. They damaged my front bumper and hood and the paint job looks like it was done by Zero star work. Very unprofessional work done.

This is extremely bad company ever! I would not recommend anyone to this body shop at all. This is a theft body shop it located in 15405 Highway 99 Lynnwood Washington 98087. This is my story on 11/28/2022 I dropped off my vehicle there for them to repair my rear side bumper at the back of my rear tires. After when they done the repair so they called me to come pick it up on 12/6/2022 I noticed the interior was so dirty, I didn’t know what have they done to my vehicle. So then when I got home started to clean inside just for cleanliness because of the Covid-19. Then I noticed my glove box was swapped because my vehicle use to have a USB ports inside and also really dirty too. Then I called the guy helped me with the service and told him my glove box was swapped, I didn’t know he is the manager of the shop he denied right away said they didn’t do it. I don’t know what else they would swapped in my vehicle. This is for any body out there want to have a car to repair. I would not recommend them to this body shop and it is located in 15405 Highway 99, Lynnwood Washington 98087…

Stay away. We took a car in that was running fine. It had body damage. when we went to pick the car up, the transmission no longer worked and had to be replaced. This company is untruthful, inept, and although the body work was fine, the overall experience was horrible.
