Caliber, Vickie was very friendly and efficient. Dusty also was very professional and efficient. The work was done timely and looks great! I would recommend these services.

Excellent staff and service! We had the unfortunate experience of leaving a doctor's appointment and finding that our car had a brand-new, prominent gash bestowed upon it, with no note or information left behind by the perpetrator. With Caliber, it ended up being much less hassle than it could've been. Alan and the team took care of us and made the experience as seamless as possible; from clearly estimating and explaining the job, to helping us set up and facilitate the rental car and dealing with our insurance. Their meticulous attention to detail was also assuring and the final results look amazing. In these relatively early post-pandemic years, customer service is often overlooked, but not at this Caliber location. They helped us overcome an otherwise challenging situation and made our lives easier. Many thanks to the Caliber team!

I found the people at Caliber Collision to be amiable, thorough, and very proficient at repairing auto body damage. I would highly recommend them to anybody in need of excellent body repair.

Customer service seems to be a rare sight these days but not here at Caliber Collision Camarillo!! Shaun, Melody, Alex and staff, all took amazing care of me today! Professional, quality workmanship, great customer service, on time and above and beyond my expectations. It is so rare to see people finding joy and doing their craft with pride and excellence. They were recommend by my BMW service center and I also highly recommend Caliber Collision. So grateful for all their help getting my BMW back together!!

The friendliness and sincerity to help me with my problem. I went to the Lawton Oklahoma shop with a unique problem and was very impressed with the way "Master Technician" Kevin met the challenge and solved the problem immediately. I had been to a number of other repair shops in Lawton, but none were able to take on the task. "Service Advisor" Gary Braun runs a very professional operation and both Men deserve the utmost respect from the corporation. These two Gentlemen are straight up professionals
