Caliber Collision simply is a terrible place to bring your car. I trusted them with my brand new Lexus (one month old). My car was hit while parked. They kept my vehicle for several months. I have returned five times and every time they try something different. They have asked me to bring my car to three different of their locations, San Ramon, concord and Vallejo. This was to try a better tech, they claimed. The first two times my car was returned improperly repaired and just full of dust and filthy inside. This was after their quality tech had inspected it. The repairs were just substandard and obviously terrible. It is obvious they simply do not care about quality repairs or they do not have the technicians with the skills to complete quality repairs. Caliber Collision have showed me that they do not know what they are doing. My advice would be to not bring your car to this place. They just simply lack the ability to appropriately repair a vehicle. They do the very minimum. I have no words to describe what a nightmare this place is. My car has still not fix. I am too busy at work to deal with them. Caliber collision is just a terrible waste of time.

Wanted my car back after they said it was totaled I drove my car there after I was rear ended. Car was drivable. Drove for near a month after it was hit. They were only supposed to be assessing the damage done.not take my car apart and tell me they can't put it back like it was when I bought it in. Will never go to this place again. After going back and forth about my car and them telling me at first I would have to pay them to put my bumper back on, when I kept asking why, and saying it was together when I bought it in. you were only supposed to be assessing the damage , he said he would put it back together but I had to sign a waiver something saying they were not responsible. I just wanted my car back the way I drove it to them. Finally I just said junk the car because at this point I know longer trusted them. My advice . Read the reviews before leaving your car at a body shop. If I had read the reviews first this would never had happened.

Nightmare experience. Caliber Collision did additional damage to my car when they had it in their possession. I would never recommend this company to paint a wheelbarrow, much less a vehicle. I do not consider them to have integrity or honesty. Should have taken to Autonation Collision.

Had an accident with my Volvo. I called Caliber Collision on 4/4 to set up an appt. for an estimate. The appt was for 10:30 on 4/24. I asked if I could drop the car off at night, but the woman said I needed to sign papers. I took time off work and drove 40 minutes there to be told I had to leave the car for an estimate. It would take at least a week. Waste of my time. Would not recommend.

I am writing to express my extreme disappointment with the behavior of one of your manager name is “Brown” also he hide his designation from us at car fixer shop “Caliber Collision” Location: 2975 Advance Ln, Colmar, PA 18915”. My insurance send their my Car “Nissan” for Fix , I asked him question regarding repair my car  , The individual in his answer  was incredibly rude and unprofessional, and I was shocked at the level of disrespect shown towards me. During my visit, I had some questions about the repairs that were being done on my car, but instead of answering my questions, the “Brown” member in question became defensive and dismissive. When I persisted in asking for clarification, the staff member raised their voice and became aggressive towards me, which was both intimidating and completely unacceptable. I felt completely disrespected and undervalued as a customer, and this experience has left me feeling very unhappy with your establishment. I expect better from your staff, and I hope that you take this complaint seriously and take appropriate action to ensure that this kind of behavior is not repeated in the future. he seems disorganized and unprofessional , I asked him many time he just dismissive and did not explain the repairs needed clearly. It’s very disgusting.

CALIBER DOES NOT HAVE EMPLOYEES WITH PROFESSIONALISM, NOR INTEGRITY. THEY ARE LYING ABOUT THE FACTS AND DO NOT WANT TO REPAIR INSURANCE CLAIM. FIRST THING THEY ASKED ME WAS IF I WAS PAYING OR IT WILL BE PAID THROUGH INSURANCE. AT ONE LOCATION, ONE REPRESENTATIVE WAS WEARING A TIGHT SHOWING UNDERWEAR AND BULGING MUSCLES. IT WAS SO UGLY. AND SHOWED UP 30 MINUTES LATE WHEN THERE WAS NO ONE IN THE OFFICE. ON TOP OF THAT I CALLED HER TO MAKE SURE MY APPOINTMENT WOULD BE HANDLED IN A TIMELY MANNER THE DAY BEFORE, AND SHE CONFIRMED. WHEN I TOLD HER SHE WAS NOT PROFESSIONAL FOR MAKING ME WAIT WITHOUT ANY REASON, SHE TOLD ME THAT SHE WAS PREGNANT AND SAID, "I REFUSE TO SERVICE YOU." WHAT A WEIRD EXPERIENCE!!! AND CALIBER AT SAN RAMON LOCATION, PEOPLE LIED TO ME THAT MY INSURANCE COMPANY REFUSED TO ALLOW THEM TO DO THE REPAIR. THAT WAS A LIE!!!. THIS CALIBER CORPORATION IS ENCOURGING THEIR OWN EMPLOYEES TO LIE AND PROMOTE DISHONESTY. DO NOT EVER DEAL WITH PEOPLE WITHOUT INTEGRITY, HONESTY AND PROFESSIOALISM. WHAT OTHER LIES THEY WILL ABOUT THE REPAIR OF YOUR VEHICLE.

Attempted to make an appointment to get my vehicle repaired but, Josh asked me what insurance company was providing the claim and when I told him that it was Mercury Insurance he said we don’t deal with them. He said we have enough with insurance companies we deal with let alone dealing with OUTSIDERS. WAIT, WHAT???…….

Do not believe the positive reviews. My car was scheduled to be completed on 03/20/2023 but somehow it was completed 14 days ahead of schedule. Calibers definition of (COMPLETE) includes missing parts, parts on order, parts you have to locate and install yourself (after market parts) and parts that you have to take your car to and have another shop install them. Their customer service is great when you first bring your car in but customer service ends when they get their insurance payment. I've tried calling and leaving text messages but after the first two "we'll call you back" it's over. What makes this situation even worse is that the person that rear ended me at a stop light already has a new car.
