I cannot say enough good things about my experience with Calavera New York, and especially with Yoreli. I came to Calavera with a very specific vision for an anniversary ring for my wife: a custom 18K yellow-gold setting with a hidden halo, delicate pavé, and a beautiful pear-shaped center diamond. From the design process through production and delivery, the finished ring exceeded my expectations. The craftsmanship is beautiful, the proportions are elegant, and most importantly, my wife absolutely loves it. What really made this experience exceptional, though, was Yoreli. Our anniversary created a very tight deadline, and Yoreli took a personal interest in making sure the ring was completed and delivered in time. Communication was consistent, thoughtful, and reassuring throughout the process. I never felt like I was simply an order number. Yoreli genuinely seemed invested in getting this right for us and understood how much the occasion—and this particular gift—meant to me. I actually told Yoreli that I hope he has equity in the company, because this is exactly how you create a lifelong customer. 😂 Calavera earned my trust with the quality of their work, but Yoreli earned my loyalty through the quality of his service. This is my second time buying a ring from calavera This was a custom build wedding band to match the diamond ring I purchased earlier this year. The quality and the price is unbelievable. Diamond was shipped fast and matched the online representation. We were worried that the green we saw online would be a different shade when it arrived but it was not. I was also a bit concerned that Calavera wasn’t legit but after seeing so many on Reddit state they got exactly what they paid for… I was reassured and will now add my name to the ranks of very satisfied customers. Also, when the gem has registration numbers, you can find the identical rock being sold on other sites and it drives home what a slamming good deal you are getting. The pricing is so reasonable that my wife is already thinking of getting more gems to have some additional jewelry made and I am not giving her the side eye
