The product was exactly the one I paid for, exact same dimensions, quality and so on, the laser inscription and certification entity were exactly the ones listed in the item I bought on the web page. I was a little suspicious because the prices were much cheaper than I used to see elsewhere so I bought a cheap diamond, but now I have it in my hands I see the quality is still stunning, looks even better in person, no wonder if I buy more expensive products when needed in the future, totally trustworthy in my experience, taking into account that I don't even live in USA. The only improvement I can suggest is that you could send the diamonds in a more elaborate, padded box. This would help protect the product during shipping and, once received by customers, it would be more difficult for it to get lost or fall out. To be honest, the pad that the diamond comes in does not have much grip, it is very small and very easy for it to fall out and get lost. But, wrapping up, if you are buying your first loose diamond, like I did, give Calavera New York a try and you will probably save a lot of money in the process.
