The necklace I received was very cheap looking brassy gold and a very very small pendant. They charge a $6 restocking fee for returns and will only apply store credit. They said they generally don't allow returns for things where the customer does not like them. Um okay? It looks cheap and terrible. Now, I am forced to have store credit, and the item refunded to be does not even cover one item so I have to spend more while they keep their original $$. Will never shop here again, advised you not too!

Ordered some custom jewelry on 11/30/25 as a Christmas gift. I confirmed their turn around time for custom jewelry ahead of time and it should have provided enough time for the pieces to arrive before Christmas. On December 10th I realized that they had no provided any shipping information or updates and reached out to the company. After finally reaching a human I was told it was a USPS problem and that they just were not updating things quickly due to the holidays, however, miraculously after this conversation my pieces suddenly shipped the very next time. The team asked me to reach out if the pieces did not arrive by Christmas as they would make it right and unfortunately they arrived the day after on 12/26. I reached out earlier this month to let them know the pieces arrived late to see what, if anything, they would do to make it right and was met with more AI chat bots and vague responses. The jewelry was lovely but I will choose another small business in the future due to this cruddy experience.

I found this company during COVID, and they were fantastic. Fast forward a couple years later, I bought my niece her first pair of Huggies, and they broke with minimal wear after the return window had closed and she refused to send another pair or refund my money I will never buy from them again

The products look pretty and the packaging is great but took a long time to ship. Also, the quality of the rings is bad. Wore it for 2 weeks and the gold is already coming off. The necklace still looks fine so far. I found it weird there were very thorough care instructions since for a bit more money I can find actual good quality gold plated jewelry on other webshops that also advertise it as wearable under any condition
