Hi Mikaela, We’re truly sorry to hear about your experience and that our pieces didn’t work for you. All of our jewelry is made with high-quality .925 sterling silver, and our gold styles are plated with a thick layer of real 18K gold over the same sterling silver base. I want to clarify that we don’t use nickel in our silver base. We understand, however, that sensitivities can still vary from person to person. Additionally, if your order included custom pieces, they are carefully customized and primarily crafted by hand, which takes time to create. Because of this, these items ship separately. Our production turnaround time for made-to-order jewelry is up to 6–9 business days from confirmation. We’d like to review the details of your order, including the missing items, so we can make this right.
