The products are beautiful and I really do love the way it’s presented and it makes it feel very special, but the delivery time was nearly a month. I bought a duo marquise baguette ring from Caitlyn Minimalist on Etsy, and nowhere did it say just simple personalized orders took 10 days to just ship. Actually, at checkout, it said, “Estimated delivery time in 3-5 days.” And since I ordered near the holidays, the shipping time was actually over 15 days! I think there has been an update or such where it now specifies this, but for me it didn’t and I was forced to spend my money on a second gift for the person this order was going to be for. After I expressed this to the company in several emails, they were only willing me to give me a refund “as a one time courtesy” ONLY if I returned the item, and paid for the shipping. I think this is ridiculous, especially since this was their mistake. The associate I emailed was only able to vaguely apologize as I explained my experience and she wasn’t willing to help and make the situation better by providing a compensation or a refund, until I had to ask her.

I placed an order on Dec 12, 2025 and have still not received the item as of Jan 3, 2026. I realize it was an item with custom names and the holiday season is busier than usual. However, a shipping label was created on the 24th of December and tracking has not moved since. This is unacceptable.

Ordered a ring on Dec 3 it was shipped out on Dec 11 but there was no other shipping information for this item I have contacted the company many times looking for updates they finally told me they would ship a new one once I confirmed that what I wanted so I did confirm on Dec 31 and the item still had not shipped they told me they are waiting for me to confirm which I already did I will never order from this company again

As many others have stated, I have the same issue with shipping. I placed my order on 12/6 for gifts for my daughters for Christmas. Shipping time frame said 6-9 business days, sounds like plenty of time. After that timeline passed I emailed to inquire (12/17) and magically a label was created and an email sent saying my items were on the way that same day. Today is 1/2/26 and my items have still not shipped. Label created, package never shipped, still in Irvine CA…all I can get as a response are AI generated generic responses. Horrible company, horrible customer service, I feel like I got scammed.

I cannot explain how much this company will SPAM you with emails FROM MULTIPLE EMAILS no matter how many times you unsubscribe. They will sent them from "Editors at CM", "CM", and other iterations of the company name to get around the user having unsubscribed from their other emails... Unreal.

Never purchase from this company. I ordered necklace for a family on dec 17 thinking it would arrive by Christmas because I paid for 2 day shipping. Come to find out it was a special order (their website did not advise this)and it would take 10 business days because its custom made. Today is dec 31st it’s 10 business days and it has not been shipped. I spoke to customer service and it had been excuse after excuse. They even told me it today it takes 10 business days and again today Is 10 business days. There is no professionalism and it’s ghetto service

Do not buy from this company. They are not honest about shipping times. I ordered and paid on Dec. 10th and still have received nothing. Now their email bot tells me my order doesn’t exist (even though the $ already came out of my account). The order “shipped” on the 23rd but has been sitting in same place since then and the mailing service says they never received it. I emailed CM to cancel the order and they are “unable to cancel.” Seriously ridiculous.
