I’ve been using Caesars for awhile and almost reached Diamond tier but recently got my account suspended while I was still using the app. When I contacted support, they told me they were not able to give me further information and I would have to contact my bank. Contact my bank for what? Customer support in the chat was rude and gave me no time to respond. She ended the chat when I was about to reply back. Never would have expected this from Caesars especially when I’ve been using their sportbook for awhile. I still have funds in my account and asked if I can at least cash out the money in my account while I wait to get my account back up and running but they refused to let me cash out and I can’t log back in. If you are going to lock someone out, at least let them get their funds that’s still in the account. I have 3 friends that are heavy crypto gamblers and they asked for my referral code but I’m not telling them to go to Caesars after this experience. I’m telling them to join a different SportsBook. Avoid Caesars if you can or best of luck to you when they lock you out of your account and refuse to let you cash out.

This is scam app They used AI to personally follow your habits and change lines base on your personality. When I’m log in they give me one set of lines and when I’m log out. I have experienced issue with your AI technology when placing in-game parlay bets and standard parlay. Specifically, I have observed that when I select "over," the system registers "under," and vice-versa. This appears to be a predatory tactic that misleads customers. As an example, the attached ticket is an example of that my selection for "under" was changed to "over" by your AI. This is not an isolated incident; I have encountered similar discrepancies previously. Furthermore, your AI technology seems to hinder same-game parlay options within specific categories. I find it misleading when a bet is listed under a "Same Game Parlay" (SGP) category but your system prevents its selection. For instance, I attempted to place a bet on "under 27," which was blocked by the AI. However, when I adjusted the number to 25, which aligned with what Vegas had, the bet was accepted. The game ultimately went under 27, suggesting that the AI have intentionally blocked my initial pick, winning bet, forcing me to choose a different number.

Wow.. beware they they will take all your money either the app crashing issues the got me real good. This casino is nothing but a cheat I put thousands of dollars on casinos. This is the far most worst one of them all. Got a bonus. I had to put money on the casino to get the bonus so I did. Through the whole bonus, the reels constantly spun multiple times started to stop on a winning reel and then kept going multiple times then stopped on a losing reel. I filed a complaint about it, and the the tech said it was fine so they are allowed to cheat and take your money. You never win shit. I have put $100 bill on this game site and never hit one damn bonus. It is a big money grab. This is why I deleted the app. Beware all customers please beware it is a waste of your money.

I opted into a casino offer for deposit $50 get $20. Generally for casino bonus offers I've used the if there is a specific required wager amount it is specified in terms and conditions. Now where in the terms and conditions did it say what the play through requirement would be for this offer. I only had a percentage bar. After wagering and winning little bits but ultimately slowly draining, had already lost more than the $20 bonus presented upon deposit. I thought though that if I faithfully played through the wager requirements though that there would be payoff of better amounts. It continued to drain all my actual $50 cash balance, but quietly reverted the funds into casino bonus bets that can't be cashed out out for actual money. I called Ceasars casino Friday night to ask for my money back because there was no specific wager requirement in terms and conditions. He then told me there was a $350 play through requirement for getting the $20 bonus offer. $350??? Again, nowhere was that in writing and how is anyone guaranteed to make $350 to be able to actually cash out money if they start with just $70??? Actually immediately after I had already deposited $50 the first screen that popped up every time I logged in said I had a $0 balance and asked if I would like to deposit. This is an obvious scam.
