I’m extremely disappointed with how Caesars has handled the ongoing Empire Builder promotional issue. Due to a technical problem on Caesars’ end, my promotional progress stopped updating. Although the counter has since resumed working, the progress I earned during the outage has still not been credited to my account. Customer support has acknowledged the issue and confirmed that affected accounts are being reviewed. However, I have received no clear timeline for when my missing progress will be restored. As a customer, I expect Caesars to honor the promotional progress I’ve legitimately earned. Players should not have to repeatedly contact support or wait indefinitely for an issue that was beyond their control. I’m requesting that Caesars provide a clear explanation, a reasonable timeline, and restore all qualifying progress earned during the technical outage. I hope Caesars takes this seriously and resolves the issue promptly.

I tried to activate my rewards membership so I can play in the World Series of Poker main event. I talked to several supervisors who would not give me my rewards number even though it was required on their site to activate my account. They suggested I fly from Texas to Nevada to show them my ID. Seriously? They will not tell me on the phone after verifying my identity. They won’t email or mail it to my address on file. Las Vegas is hurting for players and they have forgotten how making things easier for their customers IS THEIR JOB. Please avoid the Caesar’s properties. What a waste of time.

I would highly advise everyone one to stay away from doing any online sports book betting on the cesaer sports app. I hit a 6 out 7 nfl anytime touchdown parlay. Caesars never once offered me any cash out. They just take your money and run. They will pay you out if your parlay wins. But not offer anything to you uf your parlay is hitting. So took out all my money and closed my account Not very nice of them to not offer any kind of cashout. DP.

Plenty of times on the game cats I thought I should have won and didn't that game is a ripoff

When playing on online gambling casinos, you expect to lose. The goal is to put an amount in that lasts for a few hours...perhaps you will win big, but if you don't, at least you had fun playing multiple games....winning enough to continue playing for awhile (hopefully you are losing only what you are able to afford and are gambling as for a form of entertainment). Ceasers is by far the WORST when it comes to winning any money or winning any bonuses. You will burn through money quickly (I play online slot machines only)...and I mean QUICKLY!! If you do get a bonus, the payout is anywhere between $20-$100) on $3-$4 spins, and the bonuses are rare. I feel that this is a result of them no longer accepting credit cards as a form of payment. They aren't able to take as much money from their customers as they were able to before, so they have tightened everything up. Ask yourself....is it entertainment to blow $1000 in 30-40 minutes on $3 spins? HELL no! Ceasers...you need to wake up and stop being so predatory. There are multiple online casinos to choose from, and you are going to end up in the the losers. Don't spend your money on this online app...take it to BetMgm, FanDuel or Draftkings.

I agree with all the negative reviews, and don’t think that these bad reviews are people who are mad because they lost their money gambling. For the past year i deposited over thousands of dollars and never cashed out or got ahead of my win , i played low and big and kept depositing . Very few courtesy credits ir redemption rewards that felt appealing or appreciated. I just deposited 20 at a “pay near me” they said it was expedited and two hours later , 2 trips to the Speedway gas station. they gave me a 5$ credit to the sports app which i wasn’t even on .. i use the casino app. So don’t waist your money, if you want better bonus rewards and get a little more play for your spins go to betrivers

Ceasar online gaming is terrible!! I’ve put in over 200k and I’ve never even had a handpay
