I have played lightning Keno for 1 year at this online casino. They took the game away so I played lightning box Keno, every time I got inside the bonus round which is the only way you can really make any money on this game, it would tell me to log out for inactivity as I'm sitting there winning money for the first time after losing hundreds of dollars it starts paying. This happened to me multiple times. Who knows how much I could have won it's very frustrating. So I had to start the process all over again this time I was giving very quick and short sentences using voice recognition and sending them quickly letting them know that I did not want to be thrown out for an activity again. It was quite insulting, the customer service was worse than the actual casino. Because these casino games are computer games correct and they are built by computers so you have no chance of really winning it's just donating money. I chose to do that yes but they were clearly robbing me every time I started to make money I was knocked out of the casino. But on the other games these little penny spin games I played for hours without any problem. My recommendation find another place do not use them if you want to experience these kinds of idiotic and disturbing attitudes from their customer service. I don't think they know what customer service means. I've worked in the hospitality industry for three decades and two decades in the casino so I know very well how guest should be treated. Whether they were going to refund any money was not the point. It would have been nice to give me a little credit for their mistakes or their casino failure yes, but to treat me the way they did when I tried to let them know that is not acceptable. I believe that we have a very rude generation in front of us. And I hate to blame a whole generation for Caesars misunderstanding on what customer service is supposed to mean. They are the worst, let’s say you deposit 25$ and it gives you 10$ bonus for a specific game, then you are only able to play that game they gave you the 10$ bonus for, then if you cancel it, hoping to play all the games, it takes all your money, and they say oh well.
