Had several experiences with Cesars Casinos recently. The experiences are becoming extremely typical. Poor across the board. Customer service is extremely hit or miss. Cesars treats players poorly across the board. Even their top tier players are treated somewhat bad at vari I us casio locations that get to pick and choose which players get treated in any decent manner. The events are often only rewarded to players who already achieved a certain tier or tier credit. Cesars is awesome about not making that at all clear! Earning their credits or being promoted to next tiers is insanely high in cost. Theres truly extremely little about cesars that makes it a rewarding company to show any loyalty! Ive been to many other Casinos that actually reward everyone. Not just those that start getting real rewards one youve spent thousands and thousands of dollars.

They say they match your bet but they lock you out of all games and make you wager up to 1500 total. Before you even know what’s going on you can’t withdraw or get out of the bonus. It’s a total scam.

So I gave two stars because I have had some luck with them so far and hit a few bonuses cashed out pretty quick which was awesome fast withdrawals for me no issues that way the one thing I do have to agree with everybody else is their promotions here if you're looking for a place just to go play some slots or tables and that's it then give it a shot but when I did the math and I asked their customer service they actually verified it for me one of their promotions is a $50 bonus money back at the end of the week but in order to qualify to even get a $5 bonus you have to spend $2,500 so let's put it this way it says in the bonus description one point for every $5 you spent you need to get 500 points to qualify even for the $5 so if you do the math that's $2,500 just try to get $5 back a bonus money not money that can just be taken out bonus money that has restrictions to it so do the math on this everyone in order to qualify for $50 you need to spend $25,000 in a week that completely goes against responsible gamings in Ontario Canada where I'm from there's actually laws and restrictions that are out there that state that a casino can't put a promotion out that would cause a person to want to overspend on their budget for a promotion with massive restrictions there's a chance that they may get a call from the alcohol and gaming Board of Ontario who handles these types of things not saying I'm going to but I'm sure somebody out there eventually will call on them cuz they still have to abide by certain restrictions for the place that they're doing business all I can say is maybe they should get better promotions and start catering to keeping customers and they have a better review it's so sad that I have had a good experience at the beginning but soon as I saw that promotional I started realizing this place is going to rob me blind eventually it's not going to work out for me especially if I'm using their promotions I will be limiting my play on this casino unless it changes my mind there's too many good casinos out there that are competing against it for it to have promotions like this and to treat their customers like that that's not loyalty that's greed totally different thing take a look at your competitors promotions out there Caesars for example Luxury Casino offers pretty much the same types of bonuses for matching deposits plus they have a better payout structure and they have a higher RTP Betty Casino has maybe not as a high RTP but a way better loyalty system for their loyal customers unfortunately both those I believe are only available in Ontario Canada to play cheers all hopefully this helps

Terrible. They say match bet but you must WIN 1500 within a period of five days, if you don't, all is forfeit. Horrible customer service...just bots, bots, bots giving you no answers. After 20 mins of that and only allowed to select their few answers you get a live agent IF YOU TRY REALLY HARD. With the same bot answers. I was up from my 100 deposit but because I did not wager 1500 they took all my winnings and my deposit too. TERRIBLE

It allowed me to start a account. And add money too the account. When I tried playing. It denied me access and I talked to customer support. They refused to give me my money back. That's robbery. And should be illegal. I read the terms. And it says that it's no way off winning any money. And if bye chance you do. It will not pay anything out. Soo what does that say. That it should not be allowed to be a online casino. Because it has no chances off winning. Its lie on what it's saying it is.
