There were some issues with our originally reserved cabin, but we were accommodated with an upgraded cabin at no additional charge. Our trip did not go as planned due to this change in cabin location and a few other issues, but management is working with me for a reasonable solution to rectify the situation. Because of the companies willingness to compensate us for our inconveniences, and the fact that we were accommodated to the best of the staffs abilities with a replacement cabin on such short notice during peak season I am giving a review of 4 stars. We will definately be returning for another stay in the future.

We reserved a condo for this trip instead of a cabin like we usually do. The view from the condo was absolutely breathtaking but the condo itself was disappointing. Most items in the room were very dated and the room was not very clean when we arrived. There was paper on the bathroom floor and crumbs were on the couch. The most disappointing thing was that the bedroom door was locked from the inside when we arrived. I called around 4:30 or so to ask someone to come unlock the door. It was not until approximately 10:30 that someone finally showed up. We will never book a condo again.

Cabin did not have WiFi and phone service for the first two days, cable also went out one day. No other complaints.

Everything was great. The only draw back was the WiFi.

We have stayed at Gatlinburg Falls Parkview on five different occasion the past few years.. Each time we had a very good experience. Check in went smoothly and when we asked for some adtional kitchen supplies, they were delivered before the end of the day.

Would have gave it 5 stars but I've taken my wife for her birthday the past 2 years and each time dead bug in the middle of the floor. Also would be nice to have smart tvs that have access to Netflix.

I loved the cabin but they probably need to check the cabins after the cleaning crew is done

Everything was good beside the wifi didn't work I would stay here again
