We stayed at "A Spectacular View" and it did have that, but the fireplace didn't work. It did not have wifi. The most startling thing was that you couldn't turn on the ceiling fan in either room because it was not properly installed. On the lowest setting, it acted as if it was going to fall out of the ceiling.

We arrived around 4:11 pm, check in was 4:00 pm. We were told that our cabin was not ready just waiting on inspection, we will call you when it is ready. Only one customer service person was checking in people. This is when hurricane Irma was to hit Florida and a lot of people was expected to check in. Management should have had at least 3 people checking in customers and maybe extra inspectors and cleaning crew. We did not get checked in till sometime after 5 and they never called we had to go back in and stand in line and people were asking to speak to the manager. The cabin was nice, just needed some extra things cleaned. The games had not been wiped down...hand prints all over. I had to wipe them down. No washcloths in the cabin at all, had to go back to the main office and get some. This is the first time we ever stayed with this company, kind of hesitant to give them another try.........

The cabin was pretty good overall. Could use some updates and maintenance on some things. Hot tub jets and lights didn't work. The doors on the main floor from kitchen to bathroom and bath to bedroom kept getting stuck and we couldn't get in or out. Some of the video games and DVD players didn't work. Kitchen needed some skillets and baking sheets. Tile floor in the bathroom needed grout. Just a lot of things that showed it's not being kept up. Most disappointing, however, was that we got an email after day one from the office asking about our stay and wanted to know how it was going and I listed some problems and they never responded during the duration of our stay. We especially wanted the hot tub dealt with because it was cloudy and jets and lights didn't work....but they never responded. Just not the service and quality we have had at other Gatlinburg resorts.

No wash clothes. The shower head put out very little water. Base boards were dirty.
