This was our first time to visit the Smoke Mountains and my wife and I are so happy we chose the Smoky Mountain Cabins as our destination. The accommodations were comfortable and the views were fantastic. Thank you for a wonderful vacation.

Excellent customer service and friendly staff. They got us checked in earlier than we planned on after driving 9+ hours. Cabin overlooked the mountains and it was so beautiful!! Will definitely be going back!!

I've had the pleasure of staying at the Gatlinburg Falls Resort three times and each time I've had great customer service, the cabins were clean ,and everything was accessible. With the exception of minor repairs within the unit. But overall my family and I have enjoyed our stay
