Overal expeariance was nice and encountered a mishap by the cleaning crew so they where cooperative in reimbursement of some of my fees. Looking forward to going back next year...

Bin outside was full with garbage when I got there and it took them 3 days to empty it even after numerous calls, refrigerator has many broken parts, windows were dirty when it's a mountain view. I've stayed with them for the past seven years and it was perfect and they went the extra mile to make your stay great but the last 3 years it has gone downhill. Customer service has been poor and there is no up keep on the cabin.This year (2018) I think I might start to look elsewhere.

We stayed in A Natural High. While the views were breathtaking, and the cabin clean (the master bedroom and bath had an obnoxious lingered cologne smell from the previous people that probably couldn't be helped) and very pretty, there were not the number of places to sleep it the online description promised. The description said sleeps 6, we had 4 people so everything should have been good, right? Not so. The futons that were promised up in the loft were not there, period. The pull-out couch was so uncomfortable that we had to fold it back up and one of us just slept on the couch. When we complained we were told that it was a privately owned cabin, but that they would send the message on to the owner.

First of all I’d like to say I don’t know who they have cleaning these cabins, but they need to step up their game. Upon arriving to our cabin, I opened the the door to the downstairs bathroom and a pair of women’s underwear were sitting right in front of the toilet. Then, after getting what I thought was a clean towel I took a shower and after drying myself I was covered in long, black hairs. At least 20. I wanted to puke!! After I called and complained all they did was apologize, nothing more. Said they would bring more towels, never did. The knives in the knife set in the kitchen were all covered in old food. Jets in tub were disgusting. Other than those things the place seemed to be well kept... I will say that our mattress for our bed was hard as a ROCK. So hard we tried sleeping on the pull out downstairs. Even worse. The recliner by the sofa was also broken. I gave them 3 stars just because overall the cabin was nice and homey. In all honesty we probably will not be using this company again

We recently rented the cabin dubbed Rejuvenation. We did rent during peak times, so for the 3 nights it was about $1000, not cheap. The view was pretty great, the overall cabin was pretty and felt safe. It was spacious. It had the basics in the kitchen supply. Thats where the acceptable ended. Bring your own towels or ask for more as you are checking in. Trust me, it is very limited. The floors were dirty, as our socks proved after a few hours of walking around the place. Worst for last: THE BEDS ARE NOT COMFORTABLE AND THE PULL OUT SOFAS ARE UNINHABITABLE. Do not depend upon using the sofabeds. They are among the worst sofa beds I have ever used. Sorry.

Nice cabin and clean but satellite didn’t work had no tv the whole stay made several calls but never got fixed also Phone didn’t work

Great for large family or friends vacations . However, the cabins need to be cleaned better lots of dust & spider webs. Also monthly maintenance needs to be done. We had a leaky toilet, but someone did come out right away to fix. Our pool table felt was so dirty and dusty. If maintained better customers will be more likely to plan another stay.

First day in the cabin and the TV in the living room wasn’t working. So called and was told someone would be out to see in 2 to 4 hours and nobody showed up. Day two the satellite television in the two bedrooms quit working, but why call and let them know when it’s not going to get fixed anyway...I’ve had many good experiences in the past but my last trip wasn’t one of them.
