Living room was too small we couldn’t all sit in there. Tv in one bedroom did not work. No games provided for gaming device listed on website we went and bought a game and then it didn’t work

Directions to check in were incorrect. Cabin was less than we expected when comparing it to our previous vacations with your company.

Great view, clean, although the bed wasn't very comfortable, pillows very worn and towels ruff. Loved the hot tub, fireplace, and washer/dryer. It would be helpful to add a broom to clean up fireplace mess. The brochure said it would be gas but wasn't.

Checking in 3 hours late, projector not working, roaches, not enough bowls/silverware. The cabin has alot of potential. Wish the management team was more prepared for the holiday weekend. It is not the customers fault that they are understaffed. Management team gave us money back and future money off, but still made for an visit that was not pleasant. Check-In is the key. Have the cabin clean and stocked, and get the customers in the cabin on time. This sets the tone for the visit.

We were disappointed with this cabin - Rock the Boat. The hot tub was not clean or well maintained; a gel like residue was present along the bottom of the tub. The cabin itself, while neat, was covered in dust. The kitchen was stocked with extremely worn and scratched Teflon pans. With a little care and attention, this cabin could be a very nice one. While we were told there was WiFi, it never worked and our request for help were ignored. For us, it was a huge disappointment. I was shocked when I received someone else's driver's license in the mail a month after we stayed in this cabis. The envelope was marked Cabins of the Smokey Mountains and all that was included was a driver's license belonging to someone with my last name, but with no other similarities. No other name was similar and this person lived in another state. There was no letter explaining why I was receiving this license. It took me a matter of minutes to find the the rightful owner of the license online and it seems this would have been a logical, more responsible, and easier, first step for Cabin of the Smoky Mountains to do. Overall, this property management company does not deliver customer service and I will definitely not use them again.

We stayed in what I thought was going to be a cabin named " I can see for miles" it ended up being a multi level deplex. But all in all I really enjoyed the stay.

While our family had a great stay, we loved the bedroom space and private baths, game room, living room and I especially liked the dining room table that we could all sit around (12 of us), we thought some of the "amenities" were lacking. The bath towels, were stiff and harsh, it felt more like they wiped the water down and off vs absorbed the water. The kitchen had plenty of dishes and silverware, however the pots and pans were lacking and in poor condition. There were beaters for a mixer, but no mixer and no baking sheets/pans. I realized after we arrived home, that children's clothing had been left in an upstairs bedroom and called 3 different times trying to locate it, and it was never reported. From the decks, this cabin had no view of the mountains, only trees.
