I would never use this real estate company again. They refused to let us know the location of our cabin - we were driving from CT and we were told if we paid in full ahead of time, they would give us the address. We paid in full and then were told we would not receive the address until check in on Saturday so we had to drive 16 hours with no idea where we were going. At 4pm, we were told we would not get the address until the unit was ready and check in "started" at 4pm. But - they did always tell us to have a blessed day. Their communication and setting of expectations were awful. We also bought tickets for one of the Dolly shows upon our reservation. We reserved about 2 mos before our check in date. Our seats were actually the WORST seats in the entire place - we were the very last three seats in the entire arena. The people next to use bought there tickets that day. This company has awful customer service. I would never recommend them. The only reason they are getting 2 stars is we did like the cabin but the way we started this trip was awful because of this company.

Couldn't use the hot tub. Wasn't cleaned properly. Had green all over the sides. Someone was sent out to clean it 2 different times but all was done was the water was changed. The tub itself was never cleaned/scrubbed.

Great location and view. So dirty though, it was gross. The rug in the bathroom was missing and there was a white spot from where the rugs were and it was just so fifthly. The leather coach had missing fabric and if you sat on it chunks of leather ended up all over the place. Also, barely cooking supplies and dishes and coffee pot was broken. Could have been a nice place. You certainly pay enough a night you think it would have been taken care of better. Very disappointing and would try a different company within the park next time.

My sisters and I try to take a trip together every year. We planned this cabin adventure for a long time and saved for a long time. Our plan was to REST and RELAX. While the cabin was sufficient Only the king sized bed was described as "comfortable". There were not enough dishes, especially pots and pans for a group of our size. The biggest complaint that we all had was that there was construction going on all around us from sunup to sundown. At 7 am the sawing, hammering, pounding and drilling began, and it continued until past dinner time. We could not even sit out on the deck without being in full view of an entire construction crew. Being women in our 50's and 60's (and modest) this made using the hot tub out of the question until after dark due to the constant presence of the construction workers. At no time were we ever informed, when we made the reservation that the construction was going on. They should not have rented this cabin (Peaceful Easy Feeling) until all the construction was complete. It was anything BUT peaceful....something all 6 of us needed and paid for. :(

Our family had a wonderful time... I am giving this feedback based on the way other customers were treated while we were waiting on our cabin. I will not recommend using this company in the future because I do not want family or friends to have the experience that other customer's have had. Cabins are not cheap and the company that takes care of them should be more like a hotel staff. I do understand that things happen and sometimes it is out of the hands of management and/or staff. However, when a customer has a bad stay because of bugs or whatever other reason a manager should be around to talk to that person. To make your front desk employees deal with upset customer's is unacceptable and should ALWAYS be the responsibility of a manger. I understand being busy and having to wait on your cleaning crew to clean cabins, but to tell my husband and I that you are still cleaning our cabin at check in at 4 is also unacceptable. Especially when I know that no one was in our cabin the day before we arrived (you can look that up on your site.) I find it funny that I will pay a fee for checking out late from the cabin but you can say I'm sorry but your cabin is not ready on time (contradiction?). Some of the people who were waiting were waiting for HOURS to get into their cabin, while other people are complaining to the poor front desk girls who have no control over the circumstances. My suggestion is to get new managers or give your front desk more empowerment to make customer's happy.

There were several issues that never got resolved. I was supposed to get a small refund for my “trouble” but I never did. I also requested an invoice and never received it. If you plan to go there take your own cookware, utensils , cutlery and a grill because there isn’t much there. I made grilled cheese in a soup kettle. WiFi was a JOKE!!!! I won’t stay there again!

Not as private as told. Cabins right next door Only charcoal grill. No gas grill as was told and read there would be one. Could provide more trash bags.... heat was on when we arrived 😳🤦🏻‍♀️ Was very clean !! But not what we expected Parking is horrible.

The cabin had not been cleaned very well. We had to perform our own cleaning. The ironing board was broke. We could smell pet odor and did not realize pets were allowed until reading the paperwork. We always pass on motels as well that allow pets. The cabin was nice yet these things brought a negative impact to the overall experience. We had to purchase a foam pad to lay out because the beds were both very hard and hurt our backs.
